We're sorry to hear that you felt like you were missing a few items in the kitchen and game room. Regarding the potato peeler and whisk, they are indeed available in one of the drawers, and we apologize for any difficulty you had in finding them. We do provide a variety of bowls in the cabinets for fruits and snacks, and there's a welcome basket with snacks on the dining table. We had a pack of cards, but it appears that it was taken by one of our previous guests. Your feedback about stocking the kitchen with measuring spoons and serving pitchers, as well as adding an extra kitchen towel, is appreciated and will be taken into consideration. As for the bug zapper, we apologize if the zap noises were unsettling, but being located in a wooded area by the river, our location tends to attract insects. We have screens on all windows and doors to minimize their entry into the house, but a zapper is sometimes necessary to eliminate them. We're sorry to hear that you experienced some noise from the neighbors. Unfortunately, we don't have control over their actions or activities. We hope to see you back soon!

Downstairs features three full bathrooms (including the primary suite), along with an additional full bathroom upstairs to easily serve large groups. • Location & River Setting: We are located on the natural, flowing Brazos River. As clearly detailed in our listing and required stay agreement, swimming and diving are strictly prohibited for guest safety. • Grounds & Events: Set on 2 private, wooded acres, our property serves as a scenic, natural retreat. While not a commercial hall, we are proud to have hosted many beautiful, intimate weddings where couples and families adored the grounds and setup. The lawn is freshly mowed prior to arrivals with walking paths kept clear. • Location & River Setting: We are located on the natural, flowing Brazos River. As clearly detailed in our listing and required stay agreement, swimming and diving are strictly prohibited for guest safety. • Pest Control: Being surrounded by nature, outdoor lights naturally attract evening insects, though we maintain regular pest control and have mosquito nets installed on windows and doors for guest comfort. All property details, safety requirements, and house rules are fully outlined in our listing prior to booking. We work hard to maintain a clean, transparent, and welcoming space for all our guests.
