The views of Lake Michigan cannot be beat. The views to the west and north over the lake Do. Not. End. The view to the south is a beautiful dreamscape of the Silver Lake Sand dunes, beach, wooded areas, and the Lakeshore to the south as far as you can see. It’s serenity and magic in a way you’ve never experienced. The activity from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes – over 2,000 acres of hiking areas and off-roading, also add a unique dimension to the experience.
The cottage was completely renovated during spring of 2020. It features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living spaces, upper and lower decks, and all the amenities you would come to expect – modern appliances, Wi-Fi, flat screen HD televisions, comfortable beds, along with a washer and dryer. Over 2,000 square feet of decking provide space for graceful outdoor living right next to Lake Michigan.
Brand new access to the public beach is just outside the property – only about a minute’s walk (or less). It’s also just a short drive to all the area attractions – water sports on Big Silver, Silver Lake Sand Dunes (which you can see out the back door and deck), golf and much more.
A massive wrap around provides tons of space for outside living. Home is set up with dining area, sitting area, kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and a full bath on the main level. Upstairs leads you to two more bedrooms one with two sets of triple bunks, and one with a queen bed. Also, it has a huge open living space with a full bath, skylights and its own full-length deck.

Please note, that this home does not automatically come with linens, but they can be added as guest option for additional fee of $150.

If linens not added, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths.

Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday during summer season.
Parking at house is limited to 2 small to midsized vehicles and no trailers. Any excess to this will have to park elsewhere, carpool by highway is an available free option or you could visit www.silverlakeparking.com
