Perfectly suited for up to a maximum of six (6) plus infants, this delightful vacation home is an idyllic haven for families who seek a blissful beach getaway. Have an infant? Upon request, we can provide one Pack-n-Play for your little one.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the Round House offers a serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beachfront areas. Enjoy easy access via Dow Road, affectionately known as the "back way," allowing you to bypass beachfront traffic and reach your tranquil retreat effortlessly.

As you enter the “Lower Deck” with your key from the lock-box, step into a beautifully designed open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Designed with your comfort in mind, this space just what you need for a little R&R and instantly feel at home in this cozy haven.

Indulge in ultimate relaxation within the cozy confines of your sleeping quarters. Here, you will discover a lavish king-size bed that promises unparalleled comfort. In addition, the second bedroom offers a spacious queen bed, ensuring a tranquil and restful experience for all guests. In the living area is a sofa bed that will sleep two (2) adults or children. Ample storage space is available for all your belongings and luggage, ensuring a clutter-free environment for extended stays. The shared Jack & Jill bathroom features separate entrances and ample room for all your essentials.

Throughout, the “Lower Deck" features an airy and spacious ambiance, complemented by central heating/air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. For added convenience, we provide a washer/dryer with wash-pods, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. Additionally, we supply bed linens, up to 10 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 4 hand towels, 6 beach towels, kitchen towels and starter paper goods, alleviating any worries about packing these essentials.

Now, let the sand tickle your toes, feel the refreshing ocean spray on your face, and bask in the sun's warm embrace. Grab the beach chairs and boogie boards from the storage chest, load them onto the cart, and embark on an effortless 5 to 6-minute stroll to the nearby beach access. After a day of beachside adventures, rinse off the sand and cool down under the refreshing outdoor shower (available April to November).

When it's time to satisfy your appetite, our well equipped kitchen beckons you to create delicious meals. Alternatively, fire up the shared grill for a delectable outdoor BBQ experience. If you prefer dining out, we've compiled a list of local favorites for your convenience.

After a satisfying meal, unwind and indulge in relaxation. “Lower Deck" offers a variety of entertainment options, including books, board games, puzzles, and a Samsung Smart TV with access to many streaming options and live TV channels. Engage in quality time with your loved ones or challenge the kids to a spirited game of "Carolina Beach Monopoly."

Please note that no pets of any kind are allowed at the “Lower Deck." We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for your beloved furry friends. Additionally, parking is unavailable for boats, campers, or trailers.

~ You must be 25 or older to book, be present the entire stay, Speak fluent English or have a fluent English speaking adult Interpreter present in your group; No Exceptions!
~ Sea Ya Round is the Upstairs Unit and the "Lower Deck" is the Ground Level Unit of at The RoundHouse and you can inquire with the owner to reserve both units of the house and sleep 12 guests plus infants under 2 years of age.
~We reserve the right to cancel reservations of 15 days or longer without prior approval.
~ Maximum Stay is 28 Days.
