The property is a two bedroom townhome with one and a half baths and a full kitchen. There is a computer desk cubby in the living room. There is a deck in the fenced backyard with a table and four chairs; two free parking spaces are in front of the home.

This home sits in a friendly townhome community about halfway between downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates — two vibrant neighborhoods packed with trendy restaurants, cafés, and local shops. The unit fronts a popular bike path connecting west to the Atlanta Beltline and east to Stone Mountain Park. For World Cup visitors, the neighborhood is a fantastic retreat from the energy of match days: quiet, walkable, and well-connected. Easy access to Emory University and Emory Hospitals, Agnes Scott College, and Columbia Seminary.



Getting Around:

This home is a World Cup traveler's dream for transportation. Walk to Avondale MARTA Station (Blue/Green Line) and ride directly to SEC District Station — right at the entrance to Mercedes-Benz Stadium — in approximately 20 minutes for just $2.50 each way. Atlanta's MARTA is strongly recommended for all stadium events, and this location makes it effortless. Prefer to explore on two wheels? Grab one of the two included bicycles and hit the PATH trail. Rideshare pickup is also readily available at the front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

Two bicycles are in a shed in the back yard. Two helmets and a tire pump are in the coat closet downstairs.



Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.



Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2, weight up to 25 lbs only. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



You will also be given the choice between authorising a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
