Building is currently in process of some upgrades - paint, drainage, parking lot work. This will not affect any amenities like the pool or tennis courts, but guests should be aware that ladders, extension cords and other equipment could be present. It's going to be beautiful!
Marco Island is a tropical paradise offering amazing beaches, dining close enough to walk to, and a relaxed island vibe. This private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation!
Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court.
This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. It is detached from the other units, offering no road noise, no shared walls, or noisy elevators. The unit has everything you need to enjoy this tropical paradise including: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV both with cable, there is also free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.
Come back after a day at the beach to air-conditioned accommodations. Shower and head to dinner at one of the many restaurants just down the street. Or stay in and cook in the kitchen or use the grill located on the pool deck. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable way to enjoy paradise look no further!

This is our 2nd stay at Tina’s place and it was as good as last year. It’s clean, quiet, close to the beach, and the bed is comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Right across from the beach. It is hard to find a spot in Marco this close since there are not many public access points. Tina was amazing and helpful. Pool was clean and nice.

From the start of the process, the entire experience was wonderful. The host was responsive and accommodating. The condo was cute, clean, nicely equipped. Very comfortable! Everything one would need. Pool was warm. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

I have been to other VRBOs all over the USA but this one stands out.. Not only is it a beautiful condo but the owner is AWESOME! We hit it off immediately and she was extremely accommodating. Told me every detail about the place AND she answered my messages right away.. She made our stay on Marco Island like no other VRBO we went to. I can't rave about her any higher. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and I have to say this has been my favorite place on Marco so far! The owner is very responsive (even while she was out of the country!) the condo was perfect for us from the mattress to the beach access. Super clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next anniversary:)

The place is as described!!! Perfectly tucked in across the street from the high rises and bustle. The beach access is perfect…. Cross the street and the walkway to the white sandy beach and shells!The unit was clean and perfectly maintained and convenient. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with utility essentials. Bed was comfy and shower great. Pool access right below as the tennis / pickleball and equipment to play. Tina was responsive to questions and helpful. The only traveler tip: bring your own coffee … there is a coffee maker but no coffee to brew. Loved the place ! Would stay again!

It was just the perfect place. I chose to stay here over the JW Marriot. I was attending a 7-day spiritual retreat at the Marriot and it was the perfect get away instead of a hotel room. I had a nice kitchen, great living room and a super comfy king bed in the bedroom. The shower was great, towels were nice and fluffy and the host Tina was awesome!! I could just text her if I had a question! I love that laundry is available there too, you can pack less knowing you can wash your stuff. I’d def stay again, very cute place, you need for nothing, it’s all there. :)

We love the water and try to go boating or kayaking as much as we can. Always so much to see and explore. We also love the beach and a day of relaxing at the water's edge.

Quiet condo with no traffic noise, or noise from shared walls. Just a quick walk across the street to the public beach access path, or the JW Marriott makes this condo a beautiful, affordable way to enjoy paradise!
