We had an awesome stay and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a private, affordable place.Pros:-The price is affordable and better than any hotel in the area.-The neighborhood is quiet and safe.-Check-in was super easy.-The basement apartment was quiet, private, clean as well as spacious and cozy-The private patio area was wonderful for morning coffee.-We didn’t partake much in them, but the addition of the pool table, arcade game and small games was a really nice touch.-Keurig and a microwave available. -We brought our own toiletries but there are small travel sized hair care and body wash bottles available. Again, a thoughtful touch.-Comfy bed, pillows and bedding.-Thick, luxurious towels/washcloths.Cons:I only have 2 and they're pretty minor and didn't take away from our stay. -The driveway angle is steep. We opted to park in front of the house which worked out well. But the walk down beside the house to the entrance is also steep. It was okay for us, but just a heads up for anyone with limited mobility.-One-ply toilet paper. I was surprised at this considering the really nice towels/bedding. I understand saving money but even dollar store brand would've been better than Scott one-ply. It was an easy fix for us to grab some at the dollar store close by so I only mention it as a forewarning for others. Overall, 10/10 would stay here again. As to other reviews about noises, we heard a few noises from upstairs but no more than if we were in a hotel.
