Make your stay in Fort Walton Beach complete at this charming fifth-floor condo. During your stay, enjoy instant access to the sand, two outdoor pools (one of them is heated during the winter), a sauna, a gym, and tennis courts. When you aren't indulging in the brilliant shared amenities, head out on the town where you'll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and parks to explore for fun off the water.

Back inside your cozy quarters, start your day with a cup of coffee on the scenic balcony. Satisfy hungry in the well-appointed kitchen, and afterward, relax in the central air-conditioning while you watch a little TV on the soft seating in the living room.

Each of the bedrooms also features soft linens and ample natural lighting. A shared private washer/dryer is available for any laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful condo that felt like home! My kids loved the pool and I used the gym on site 4 out of the 7 days we stayed. My only negative is that we found dead baby cockroaches in the kitchen. Luckily they were dead and we swept them up the first night.

So Gross - First Time Being Ready to Leave the Beach

It appears this place has gone downhill drastically since being renovated relatively recently. The sofa was stained all over and in bad shape. It sinks down in the middle. The master bed is also in terrible conditions and sinks down in the middle. Our sheet and bed cover were stained and dirty. It took Vacasa until day 3 to replace the sheets. There are NO blinds in the living room - no privacy. The beds in the 2nd bedroom smell like urine. There were only three glasses (random rocks glasses) in the kitchen. The dishes were DIRTY (caked with food) in the cabinets. I would never use this place again nor would I use Vacasa. They were rude and tried to gaslight us when we asked for help getting clean sheets. It was only when I showed them photos and let them know I was documenting that they sent clean sheets on DAY THREE. Gross, disgusting, rude. There were more issues but I don't even want to spend any more time on this. Avoid this unit and avoid Vacasa.

Exactly as advertised.

If you like what you see in the pictures and the description (which we did) it is exactly that. It’s an older complex so even a complete renovation is limited. If you’re really there just to be at the beach with your family or friends, it is absolutely perfect. Great beach, plenty of room in the complex and 2 pools to serve everyone. We really enjoyed it.

Spring break

We stayed at this unit for a few days over spring break, and we were so happy with everything! It was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for us. We were very happy with the location! Very minimal traffic in the area the beach was not crowded. It is very likely that we will return in the future.
