HOUSE RULES:
No smoking of any kind anywhere on property. $500 fine for smoking of any kind inside.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Heated Pool available - additional $100/ per day, for any consecutive days within stay period. 48 hours advance notice required to bring pool up to temp (maintained between 83-85 degrees)
