Enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, That can accommodate up to 8 people to sleep. Additionally we have a living room with two big sofa beds that can be used as well. Guests can enjoy an afternoon viewing from the pool and lake, later watch the magic sunset. Minutes to Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios , animal kingdom and other parks. Universal Studios is just about to open their doors MAY 2025 for a new park called EPIC UNIVERSE, This makes for a great trip for family and friends to visit the new park and be in close proximity to the house to also enjoy our relaxing pool.

Excellent Stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this home. Clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was great, we had a missing pool net upon arrival and the owners had a new one there ASAP. 20-25 min from Disney, just over an hour to Cocoa beach. Shopping and activities close by. Area felt safe. Would love to visit this home again.

Comfortable Home

We felt very comfortable the entire weekend while in the home. It was very clean. I had a few questions and Ceasar responded within minutes.

Great Time

We had a great time at the property. Easy to find, check in was easy and the host was very responsive to questions. The property was close enough to attractions and food/shopping. The pool was beautiful and neighborhood was great. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Kissimmee Pool House

The location was great. Clean house and everything in proper working order. Responsive manager to messaging. Very comfortable and more than enough room for us! Would stay again.

Great home and location

This home was absolutely tremendous, we have stayed in many of villas over the years and this one is up there at the top, everything that’s needed is there and it’s a great location, very quiet neighbourhood and safe, it’s in very presentable condition and I highly recommend to stay here with young family, pool area catches the sun most of the day which is ideal for chilling out, many thanks Ceaser.

The villa was very good . Very clean the beds where super comfy location was good 25 minutes to Disney and the sunsets from the villa overlooking lake where beautiful only thing would say the villa could do with up bit up of update

Magic Sunset was amazing

The house was amazing, very Roomy and Comfortable. The beds were very comfortable - we always seem to have trouble with the beds at other places. We were delighted to find them comfortable, especially for people with bad backs. We stayed for 14 days and felt right at home. The management company was very responsive to the few questions that we had during our stay. Paying to have the pool heated was a great choice for February. It made our stay even more relaxing, being able to use the pool and not be cold. The sunsets were magical, as the house description says. If you get a chance to stay, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We look forward to our next stay.

A home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had all the luxuries of being at home, including but not limited to a fully equipped kitchen, which was great to have because we were able to food shop and cook and save money on meals! Pool was a great feature. After a long day we could unwind and relax and cool off at the pool. It was a great convenient location close to anything and everything you need in that area. The neighborhood felt like it was safe and it was certainly quiet

Disappointed

The property on the app looks amazing. Upon arrival I checked out the entire property. House in person in much older than it appears in pictures. Bugs in the bathroom shower. Could not swim in the pool because of algae on the bottom. Cockroaches near front door and in vanity. Daughter slept with us because she was to afraid of bugs. Host even stated, carpets need to be cleaned as well as the house needs power washing. There was a a double keyed deadbolt on front door which I believe is illegal. First time using VRBO and will likely be last.

We really enjoyed the pool, but you have to pay for the heated part. We loved this home away from home and plan to stay again in the future. The owners were very nice and we didn’t have any issues with anything. They are very nice and I highly recommend this house.

Except for the mold, everything was good. Spacious and only 25 minutes to the parks. Good communication and there was everything we needed. Nice safe neighborhood. No stores really close but not too far either. Again, mold was the big keeper from 5 stars.

Great for a family, plenty of space and a pool which is nice at the end of a long day at the parks. About 25 minutes to Disney parks. Very easy check in and communication throughout the was excellent.

Short Stay

Made a good home base for visiting the theme parks. Didn't spend a bunch of time on property, but did utilize the pool out back under the lanai. Well kept and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Definitely recommend.

A great weeks stay at Magic Sunset!!

Our family stayed for a week Feb 22- March 1st 2025. We took in a few local attractions, Aquarium in Orlando, Peppa Pig World for my 3 year old grand-daughter and Cocoa Beach. We very much felt at home at the house. It was well stocked, clean and large enough we weren't on top of each other. The pool and outdoor space is great - no spiders, the pool was a great temperature and clean. Sunsets are truly remarkable!!Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodating!!!We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Florida.

It's a turd dont stay here

the lanai is destroyed, floor was stained and not cleaned, there are ants everywhere in the house. the house is clearly being run into the ground for rent revenue. find another house anywhere, but don't stay in this rundown vrbo. worst part was as a guest you are forced to get insurance now when you rent a place that completely sucks.

Lovely Scenery

Overall this is a beautiful property. 2 bedrooms overlook the pool and lake. Very clean, peaceful and relaxing! I would definitely stay here again.

Great trip

Awesome! Super clean. Great communication with host, with any questions before the trip. The lake out back was great entertainment for the kids. If we go back this will be the b&b we book! Thank you
