King Bed Studio with Resort Amenities Condo B

Island life at its BEST! The Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. Your stay includes access to all the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, shared BBQ, and fire bowl. The resort also features a NEW spa and restaurant. This hotel style studio is ocean facing, will accommodate up to 2 guests; there is a king bed and pull-out double couch with a double mattress. Nearby are beaches, hiking trails, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, artisan markets, and golf.

Welcome to Ocean View Suite B. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

The studio suite is designed in the (hotel room style) with high end linens, love seat sofa (pull-out double bed) coffee station, mini fridge, 2-seat dining bistro table, smart tv, luggage rack, jacuzzi tub and only steps from the beach.
Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The suite has a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a mini fridge for a quick meal. The suite does not include a kitchen, bar sink, or separate living spaces.

Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 2 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

If you are looking for accommodate up to 8 people,
Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed and pull out couch with a queen mattress. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Please contact us for more details.

The parkade is free and located adjacent to the building; there is no assigned parking

This vacation home is managed by a vacation home property management company.

Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.

Suite B is not pet friendly.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas

No smoking, vaping or cannabis use in the condo or on the deck

No loud music or noise on the deck

There are k-cups provided for the Keurig coffee maker and sugar, but guests will need to supply their own cream.

Pool towels are provided in the unit, please ensure you bring them back from the pool.

The Indoor pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas:
Resort guests, and visitors must not smoke or vape on strata property. All forms of smoking and vaping are prohibited as follows:
-within strata lots,
-common property and limited common property, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, parking garages, stairs, patios and balconies, and
-on any land that is common property or a common asset, except in marked outdoor smoking areas designated by strata council.

When checking-out, please remember to,

- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the >>>>>
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix or streaming accounts.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
