For vacationers interested in enjoying nature along the Gulf of Mexico, head over to nearby Mexico Beach. Explore the natural wonders, where pristine white sands meet crystal-clear waters, inviting you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gulf Coast outdoors.

Vacations in St. Joe Beach include beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, with various vacation rentals managed locally. Sunshine Vacation Rentals offers families and parties beautiful white sand beaches that are rarely crowded but offer fantastic shelling, fishing, and boating. Rentals have easy access to popular spots for vacation home renters, such as Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Indian Pass, and St. Joseph Bay.

Parking: Enclosed carport with covered parking; ample parking for six vehicles and boats.

Pet policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

Golf cart: No

Linens and supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach gear and recreation equipment: To make your vacation more enjoyable and less stressful, your reservation includes a $250 credit toward any amount of quality beach gear. Your gear will be delivered the day you check in and will be ready to use immediately. Examples of items you may rent include, but are not limited to, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.

Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.

Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit card processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
