Master suite - ensuite bathroom equipped with soaker tub and shower. King memory foam bed with mattress topper. Private desk workspace for the ones who help fund the travel :) mouse, laptop stand, keyboard, USB splitter. Closet big enough for a pack-n-play and pack-n-play included. Roku smart TV.



Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook as much as you'd like during your stay. Brand new appliances, waffle iron, crockpot, coffee bar, pots/pans, blender and anything else you can think of.



Large 8-10 seater dining table + 4 bar stools and cozy couches for the whole family to gather together.



Half bathroom on main floor.



Back door accesses outdoor patio/yard area. Easy in and out for grilling and playing outside!



Upstairs Level:



Loft at the top of the stairs. Pull-out couch with queen bed. Gaming chairs and couch for movies. Roku smart tv. Shuffleboard game!



2 more king bedrooms equipped with smart tvs. Memory foam mattress with cozy bedding and mattress topper.



Bunk room with



2 more shared bathrooms upstairs. Double vanity in one.

Covered front porch and driveway with room for 2 cars + extra parking in front of the house for an additional car or boat.



We provide a starter set of beach towels, but guests may wish to bring or purchase additional towels if needed.



Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 dogs per stay! There’s a pet fee of $65 per dog, which helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Also, just a quick note: to avoid a $200 penalty, please be sure to let us know in advance if you're bringing your furry friends. We love hosting pets—we just need a heads-up to prepare accordingly!



Guest access

You get the whole house! The property also offers self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience without coordinating schedules.



Guest Access:

The entire home and private fenced yard is yours :) You will be given your personal door code 48 hours prior to arrival so you can check-in any time after your specified time.



This property offers self check-in, giving guests the flexibility to arrive and settle in at their convenience.



The Neighborhood:

- Walk to Salinas Park: pickle ball courts, sand volleyball, enclosed picnic tables and Kayak access to St. Joseph's Bay

Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY:

We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay.



Pet Policy:

We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), max of 2 dogs is allowed per stay, and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!



Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.



No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.



Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc. where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.



Also, please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.



Pet Policy Reminder:

Please clean up after your pets during your stay. A $25 pet waste fee will be charged if the cleaning team needs to remove droppings from the yard. Thanks for helping keep the property fresh and enjoyable for everyone!
