This home has three beds, two baths, two floor beds, modern kitchen, driveway parking, and backyard with cozy porch and electric grill. Total of six (6) guests can stay in this property.

The house is a modern split-plan with an open living/dining area and guest rooms and bath on opposite side of house from primary suite. Kitchen has double ovens, electric stove, and equipped with most common kitchen accessories.

Small parties/gatherings allowed. Any guests entering property need to be registered in reservation. Registered guests will all be accountable for understanding of house rules and staying the duration of the reservation at the property. Any deviations need to be discussed with owner prior.

Well Stocked and Comfortable

Our stay was great and Joshua was very communicative throughout the booking and staying process. The property was exactly as described and is very well stocked. There are very good places to eat within a couple of miles as well as everything else you need. For us, we chose this property because it is very close to Legacy and The Raven golf clubs. We normally live in a very quiet setting so the road noise from Baseline road required some getting use to but by the end of our stay, we were not bothered at all and that's why I gave the location rating a 4 star.

Thanksgiving Stay

The House was exceptionally clean and accessible from the freeway. The only complaints are the noise from a busy street from the back of the house/patio area. The bathrooms were very nice and clean but the shower head in the master bath was anything but great. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances needed for coffee, etc. We had a little miscommunication with the code to get in. But as an overall experience we all were very pleased the with House. Thanks Joshua!

Excellent house, excellent location

Very nice and clean and safe. All facilities good, plenty of utensils, spices, etc. Could not have been better for my needs for a 2-week stay

It was very clean and very nice amount of space. Very comfortable beds! Only issue truly was area. A lot of loud traffic, but we didn’t know the area at all. Easy enough to get used to. I appreciate the prompt responses when questions arose. Thank you again!

NABA Baseball Tourney

Came into town because my brother was having a baseball tournament. This house was so lovely and spacious whenever I come back to Scottsdale I'm definitely going to be trying to book this property. Everything was available from kitchen ware to restroom extras. I absolutely loved this property.

Stay for concert

This property was very nice. The only issues was no cable tv or tv in rooms. No pool Or spa for my kids. Other then that very nice and clean.

Spacious, clean, well-kept, centrally-located property

The home was very spacious, clean, and well-kept! Centrally located to activities, points of interest, and restaurants. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the special touches, including welcome message and treats, RO water, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, kitchen amenities, first aid kit! Joshua was quickly responsive to our questions. The only detractor was the noise from traffic on Baseline Rd behind the house, which prevented us from spending more time outside on the patio.

Excellent property

This was perfect for 2 couples, had the entire house. Location was easy to get around where we needed to. Gated community so wives felt safe walking around at night. I come every year for golf & this will be my first choice for the next trip

A Nice Place, But Not Quiet

The house is really nice and has a pretty good layout. There were going to be four of us staying, and we wanted to have both bathrooms, so paid extra for the master suite. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The catch is that the main roadway along the back of the house is super busy and very loud. We used a loud fan in the room to help us sleep and drown out the traffic noise. We didn't want to use the patio because of it. Having quick access to the canal trail in the back of the neighborhood was a nice addition for a walk or run. Getting to a trailhead for the South Mountain Regional Park was super quick. The kitchen needs more pots and pans to cook with as there were only very small options to use. Lots of small kitchen appliances, so we resorted to using an InstaPot for cooking pasta. The spices and such need to be cleaned out or updated. Some were rancid. Overall, a good place for a couple of nights, but the week for us was tiresome.

Wonderful! You won't be disappointed!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was very convenient to my work location and to anything I could possibly need or want. The house was immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked. The gated neighborhood felt safe and secure and was very quiet. I also loved that there was not a lot of light pollution so, even though I was in the city, I could still enjoy the starry night sky. It was nice to walk out to a close-up view of South Mountain every morning as well. I did reach out to Joshua a couple of times to ask some questions, and his response was always quick and friendly. He's thought of everything and is very generous in what he provides. Thank you Joshua for allowing me to stay in your wonderful home for 8 days! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hospitality

The home was extremely nice and well kept! The neighborhood was equally as beautiful and the host made the process and stay great and welcoming! If I ever need to use VRBO in the Phoenix area again, I absolutely will book with this host again!
