Splinterny, smukt indrettede, kæledyrsvenlige, lyse og rummelige rækkehus med 2 garage, poolbord, pejs, højt til loftet og direkte på tværs af gaden fra stranden! Medbring bare dit tøj og toiletartikler, fordi LINENS, Håndklæder, HBO, SHO, WiFi er inkluderet! Huset er perfekt til en familie, par, der rejser sammen eller familiesammenføring. Designet med flere fleksible rum, så de ekstra værelser faktisk kan være funktionelle nydelsesområder for en mindre gruppe og til større op til fem soveværelser.

Øverste etage har stor åben plan, hvælvede lofter, køkken, stue, spisestue, to separate opholdsområder og flex-område med 5. soveværelse. I centrum er den fascinerende havudsigt, der er indrammet med gulv til loft vinduer og døre. Direkte udenfor er der en indhyllet balkon med barkrakker til at slappe af, mens du lytter til bølgerne og føler brisen.

Andet niveau har 3 generøst store soveværelser, alle med ensuite marmorbadeværelser, badekar og walk in closets. Et vaskeri med højeffektiv vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er også på dette niveau.

Første niveau består udelukkende af det 4. soveværelse / spillerum. Denne lyse plads har et poolbord, darttavle, fladskærms-tv, komplet bad og walk in closet. Når vi besøger, ønsker børnene alle sammen at sove sammen her! Udvendig adgang gennem dobbelt glasdøre ..

Great stay easy access to beaches downtown fish were biting food was great and fellowship with each other was priceless. Would stay here again.

Wonderful beach townhome

My family of 8 stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious place. It was the first time visiting the area and we were very fortunate to be able to find this place to stay. It was very roomy and spacious with a wonderful location to the beach.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful home, beautiful location and great time at this house. Our first day had poor weather, so we couldn’t go to the beach, but this home was perfect for hanging out inside and still enjoying each other. Plenty of room and great location. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beach trip

Very nice accommodation. Plenty of extras—pool table, dart board. Well-equipped kitchen. Dog friendly. Had a great week! Would love to stay there again.

The Amelia

We had a wonderful stay for the concours. The condo was perfectly situated for our needs as it was very close to the shop where we kept the car for the big show. We will rent it again!

Awesome place

3215 Eventide was great - right across from the beach with a view of the ocean. We’ll furnished, spacious and beautiful common areas. Tons of options for beds. Three things for improvement: a gas grill instead of charcoal, a gate on the east side of the property to ease access to A1A and the beach, and an outdoor shower on the east side to rinse off.

Summer Kickoff under Quarantine

Great property, convenient location, comfortable amenities, and has all needed. 2 families w/ teens and 3 levels helped give space to everyone. Easy beach access about 2 blocks walk. Didn't explore b/c COVID but nearby state park, good beach, convenience of area good in lockdown or otherwise.

Excellent Stay

Rhona’s property is amazing! We rented the house as we were four couples traveling together. Each room had it’s own bathroom and was very well equipped to handle all of us. The property location is great and has a nice view of the ocean. We also rented this house because it’s pet friendly. Our pups enjoyed their stay. Rhona is very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here!

Looks nice

This is a lovely home in a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped and really nice. My only complaint is the beds. Two of the extra bedding options were not usable and the master bed sheets were terrible. With a few simple fixes this is a top notch home!

Wonderful townhome for families

Our family stayed at Amelia Island for our son’s wedding and we had all our immediate family with us. The third floor area with kitchen, dining room and lots of open space gave us lots of room to gather. The bedrooms have nice large closets and all the appliances and bathroom fixtures are modern and attractive. The game room on the first floor was used by the groomsmen to hang out and play pool the day of the wedding. The house is mid-island and provides easy access to the whole island. We enjoyed our stay!

Hammond Family Reunion

Due to Covid we hadn't seen family for almost 2 years! Our children flew in from as far a way as, Colorado and PA. Even though it rained some, we still enjoyed spending time and reconnecting with our children and grandchildren. Everything is there that you need. All we had to bring were beach towels.

Nice place. Good location. A bit overpriced. Would’ve been better if more than just 2 queen beds. Other sleep arrangements: 2 twins, 2 foldouts, and one of those was broken and not usable. Disappointing aspect of an otherwise nice place. They had a ton of beach chairs and a wagon which was a nice bonus

Beautiful and Spacious Beach house!

The pictures don't do this house justice. The house was absolutely beautiful. All of the rooms were well decorated with quality finishes, and Rhona had stocked the house with anything you might need (beach chairs, coolers, spices, paper towels, etc). The house was so well laid out, that there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own hang out areas. The house was across the street from the beach, but easily accessible via the public access points. Can't recommend this house enough!

Perfect!

My family stayed here for my Granddaughters 16th Birthday and this home did not disappoint! The kitchen amenities provided everything i could possible need to make my “grazing table, infusion bar, breakfast bar and desert bar”. We loved all the sitting areas spread out where we could gather for individual discussions or as a group. Tvs and wi-fi worked very well thru out our stay. Everything is provided for beach use (bring beach towels!) we were amazed how we did not need to bring any beach items. The floors were easy to keep clean from sand as no carpet! The home is very pet friendly providing a pet closet with pet toys and pet essentials.. The home decor is very tasteful, unique and of very good quality. We found new things to look at all during our stay! Plenty of blankets & pillows, comfy beds! This was a great home for our family! 10 star!!!

Mother Daughter Get Away

Wow! We loved, loved, loved our stay in this luxurious townhouse! Our overall experience was even better than the pictures and description implied! There was plenty of room for all of to have our own space and privacy as well as large spaces for gathering and sharing a meal, a game, puzzle or hanging out. Given the current situation with the pandemic, we had decided to cook all of our meals in and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking -- it was very well stocked! Speaking of the pandemic -- I do have to say that I was VERY IMPRESSED with how clean the home was on our arrival...the place was spotless! That really made me feel good given all the things going on the world right now. It was nice to arrive to a safe, clean and welcoming home for a much needed break from our shelter in place experience we've been living in since March! We look forward to planning our next visit.

Great condo and property manager

This condo is wonderful, comfortable and beautifully decorated. But what really makes this a perfect rental is the property management company and Rhona. She communicated with us before our trip and made us feel assured about the rental and the dates we specified. We were planning our trip with just 4 of us, but at the last minute 3 other close friends decided to join us for the weekend only. I forgot to call and make arrangements for them. Upon a late afternoon arrival, I called and Rhona immediately came over and provided the additional linens needed. She was so pleasant and professional, even though I should have notified her in advance rather than interrupted her afterwork hours. We very much appreciated her kindness. It laid the groundwork for a wonderful week at the property and Amelia Island! If this property is not available for our next visit, I'll call Rhona first to see what else is available.

Property Review.

Overall, the property was great. It was very clean and obviously well maintained. We arrived about 30 minutes before the check in time. The property was ready and the keys were where they were supposed to be. The property was very well furnished and maintained. It is a lovely place. Only 2 negatives: 1). The fold out bed (couch) in the basement was broken. The right side at the head of the bed sagged significantly. We were able to overcome that by putting cushions under the corner. 2). The upper level got pretty warm. Had a had time cooling down it seemed. It was not unbearable, but somewhat of an annoyance. Other than that, everything was great. It was very spacious. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Very close to the beach (like 5 minute walk), very spacious - enough to entertain at least ten people, especially with reasonable enough seating. Anything you could need is within about a 15 minute drive MAX and the communication with the company that manages the property was easy and efficient. The number of showers is also SUPER helpful for many people to clean up at the same time.The downsides were minimal - particularly that the listing had more beds than were actually set up for us so we had to call and get air mattresses. They said they “weren’t informed that we needed extra beds” but we weren’t aware we had to specifically request the beds that were supported in the listing. Then, when we received the air mattresses two of them either didn’t work or had a hole in them. However management was helpful in rectifying this issue very quickly for us, just a small hiccup.Also, a couple of things in the house did not work well - a couple lamps were there just for show, one shower didn’t work well, the AC was the be kept at 73 (which gets hot at night) and the TVs were small other than the one in the main area. Again, these are very minor issues but for how much we paid we were hoping to not have to use box fans.All in all we would certainly stay here again - and even might next year - because even amongst the small issues/qualms we still had a great time and would certainly recommend. Just nice to know some of those other things going in.

Great Place

Our family enjoyed our visit here. We were a little disappointed that our view of the beach was limited by the big condo in front of us but it was still a beautiful place to stay.

Great Beach Trip

Lots of space (and stairs so be sure you are up for that). Gorgeous house with everything you need. Great connection time for our kids with their Grandparents and plenty of room for the 6 of us! Would definitely go back!
