The space
The property backs up to highway 80, so please allow for some road noise when outside. Inside the home is quiet, the large oak and pine trees help to diffuse the noise.
The house has a mid century modern design with lots of light coming in thru high windows. The newly remodeled bathroom has a good sized shower. The kitchen is open to the living space. On the grounds, there are many different types of plants to observe. A short walk along a path takes you from the back porch of the home to the spa nestled in the trees.
Guest access
The entire home is open to guests. The immediate yard is open to guests as well. There is a second home on the lower level of the property that is not occupied, but it is off limits.
There is no fully fenced yard, so pets should be kept close and watched at all times. Neighbors have alpacas which are fun to observe!

Close to the Highway, noise is normal.
Wifi is provided by a hotspot, which can be temperamental… because its rural there is no high speed internet
Pets are allowed, but there are strict rules: must be in a kennel if left alone. And there is not fence around the property so it is recommended that they are on a leash outside.
You must be able to back up your vehicle, the parking requires that you
back down a narrow steep driveway on your way out. There is room for an RV parking on the property, but not near the house, so if you park your RV, there will be a walk- make sure to ask the host about RV or Trailer parking.
