The interior is everything you’d want in a modern day log cabin: cozy, welcoming and authentic, with up-to-date amenities and creature comforts for a relaxing Upstate escape.



The rocking chair porch spans the full front of the cabin and is incredibly inviting, with its outdoor seating and stacks of firewood welcoming guests into the house. Once inside, the living room invites you to enjoy long evenings by the wood stove, lounging on the comfy sectional, or watching movies on the smart TV. The first guest bedroom is a queen, just off the living room.



On the other end of the first floor is the well-provisioned kitchen, housing all the basics you’d need for preparing a family feast around the long farm table situated under a row of windows nearby. There is one full bathroom on this ground level, with a walk-in shower/tub.



A short flight upstairs and guests are presented with three more bedrooms: a queen and two additional bedrooms with one twin in each. They share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom upstairs has its own little balcony for taking in the fresh air.



Back outside, enjoy grilling and outdoor dining in the warmer months, or gather around the fire pit for storytelling into the evening.



The Neighborhood:

Phoebe's Nest is located in the heart of the Catskills, in the hamlet of Accord. This quaint town has lots of explore-worthy spots. Grab cider and pizza at Westwind Orchard, beer and bites at Arrowood farms, or elevated dining at Inness. Rough Cut Brewing is also a local favorite. Getting Around:

Phoebe's Nest is two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to enjoy the region. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. There is plenty of parking on the premises.

** NOTE: The house does not have air conditioning. Fans are available for the bedrooms.
