A great experience - easy golf cart ride to the beach! Clean, good size for 8-10 people!

Ferry was amazing to work with and the house was perfect. Smooth check in and everything we needed was thoroughly described in the check in process. We arrived earlier than expected on check in day, and ferry allowed us to go on and check in to the house to start our week! The bikes were a hit during the week with 4 kids…made it so much easier go to and from the pool and beach. The house is situated for easy access to the pool and walkable distance. We didn’t have to pack any beach supplies, the house had chairs and umbrellas already there!The weather was not in our favor, but we made the most of it! We ended up have to leave a day early due to a hurricane, but ferry was available to discuss and give pointers! It was an amazing week and we’ve already discussed booking for next year!

We loved the location. Easy to get to the beach and Port St. Joe was a lot of fun. Checkin and out was seamless. They have everything you need for a relaxing week. Highly recommend this property and we would stay her again.

Overall, it was a great stay . The location and proximity to the beach was great. The amenities were great, except no gas grill, which is needed. House was open and clean. No issues with the stay and the communication with the host was great!!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was great and a short walk or golf cart ride. The parking wasn’t ideal, not much room for cars and there wasn’t much room in the kitchen for groceries but overall the property was fantastic!

It was a very warm welcoming neighborhood, and the property was fantastic, from the golf cart to the heated pool it was a great vacation and I’d definitely stay again.

We were extremely happy with this rental! It’s so easy to get to the beach with the golf cart. The place was extremely well stocked. Plenty of kitchen items and disposable items like soap, toiletries, even qtips! We only watched the tv in the living room and I’m sure the others are fine. The one in the living room is very big and high quality. Many rentals we have stayed at have very old flatscreens tvs so it’s a downgrade from home. The beach was great. We had everything we needed! Pool is also very nice and so easy to get to. Host communication was excellent including a nice map on how to get to the beach by foot or golf cart.

We had a total of 3 adult couples and two 16 year old boys for the week here. We had no problem at all from a space point of view. The boys were a little cramped in the bunk beds bud made it work. Showers had great water pressure and a huge master closet. Having the spare fridge and freezer were super helpful. Plenty of floats and boards in the garage. Having access to the golf cart was a nice addition, but you are honestly so close to the beach and pool, it’s not necessary. I do wish that the other Windmark property with the ice cream shop and pizza place was joined to where you could drive the golf cart there, but it is just a 3 min car drive off 98. We ate at a few places in Port St Joe, but the best was probably Krazyfish. A little expensive, but comparable to other places in the area. The pizza at Windmark Beach Bruno’s was phenomenal!All in all, we would 100% stay here again, great location and nice house!

Amazing property

Photos matched the property to a tee. It is a gorgeous home with lots of nearby amenities. House was very clean and 3 king size beds was a plus. Hosts were amazing and communication was outstanding. Kid loved riding in the golf cart and swimming in the pools. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for the ultimate unwind experience for your family this is it!!! From walking in to unwind and relaxing to walking out at checkout this property and host exceeded all expectations. The property was in pristine condition, superb cleanliness, wonderful family items stocked that you might have forgotten to pack. Our children are older but the touches this property had were meant to alleviate any hiccups a traveling family might have! They had any kind of board game for a rainy day, high chair for the little one, plenty of kitchen items and coffee bar essentials you might have forgotten. Our host was so kind and made sure our stay was everything we expected! This property was exactly how it was pictured and great location with golf cart included that worked perfectly! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

The house was so nice! We had 7 adults and a dog. No issues at all! The pool and beach are within walking distance! We will be back for sure!
