Welcome to Sunkissed Paradise! Book your next family retreat in this brand-new construction, well supplied home and enjoy all the amenities that the charming, Windmark Beach community has to offer! Start your day with coffee and breakfast in a full kitchen. Then a 5-minute walk to white sandy beaches or to a brand-new community pool. A 3-minute drive takes you to the Windmark Downtown Boardwalk for a slice of delicious pizza or boutique shops in between fishing, relaxing or just unwinding. Make this your families' next destination and get lost in the Forgotten Coast with memories that will last a lifetime!

★St Joe Beach: Turn left out of our home and the beach is about a 5-minute walk or head right and take the bikes or Golf Cart on a 5-minute ride to the end of our street where you will find the Windmark Beach access parking lot.
★Windmark Beach: Located at The Village Center at the end of Good Morning Street. It is about 2 miles or 3-5 minutes' drive from the house or use the bike/Golf Cart path on old highway 98.
★Mexico Beach: is less than 10 minutes' drive with several different access point.
★Cape San Blas: is about 30 minutes' drive

★ Pool #2 is located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street. Pool #2 is about 2 Miles from the house (5-7 minutes' drive). This Pool will be heated until End of March
★ Dog Park and Kids Playground is about 2 miles away located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street
★ 4 Miles of beach front paved Bike paths, Community walking paths and Boardwalks
★ Fabulous Restaurant/bar & convenient store with live music on the weekends
★ Rest & Relax Outfitters for paddle boards rentals, kayaks, solo stoves, and more.
★ Quiet Community and beach, relaxing, peaceful, room to spread out

Parking:
★Driveway and Garage: Driveway holds 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Please inquire if you have more than 3 vehicles.
★RV, Boat and trailer parking is not allowed (please message host if you need information to store your boat)
★There is no parking allowed on the street

Pet Fee:
★$175 pet fee per booking (max 2 pets, 50 lbs. max weight limit each). Pet must be housebroken.
★Please pick up after your pet.
★We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.

★The property has skybell doorbell at the front door and security camera by the garage door for security. All are exterior facing.

Great stay

Beautiful home and great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay and the home. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We only used the main 3 bedrooms. We loved using the bikes and beach items. We would definitely stay here again! The only things to note (nothing about the property or owners) are: -The pool/beach area are a bit far to bike if carrying gear via back roads to avoid main road traffic. I recommend driving. -Access gate between pool and beach is finicky with accepting the code. -Neighborhood is nice and quiet, but roads are narrow. No sidewalks but traffic was light during our stay. We were able to bike easily. But driving into and out of the the neighborhood was a bit hairy with other homes having people parked in the road and oncoming traffic. -Really nice beach and access is best in Cape San Blas if you want waves and sugar white sand. The bay was nice and calm, but very rich with seaweed and sea creatures. We saw fish and blue crabs right off the beach.
