2 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included with each reservation! Just tell the beach attendant your staying at Tower III, unit 1001! Beach Chair service is from March 1st until October 31st.

The Gym is now Open! Just go to the gym kiosk, sign the waiver to receive a gym door code.

Must be 25 years old to book, security will not let anyone in if you are under 25 years old.

Parking is not assigned.
Park anywhere in parking lot.
Note: 12/3/25, There are several support jacks on the balcony and 2 support jacks in one of the bedrooms. We are not sure when they will be removed as this time.

Construction Schedule starting August 18, 2025 to March 13 2026:
Walkways and North Elevations: Washing surfaces, concrete/Stucco repairs.
Walkways will remain open. Typical hours are Monday-Saturday 7am to 5pm (Sundays possible for make up work). All dates are subject to change due to weather, unforeseen conditions, and scope of repairs.

Construction Disclaimer
Please note that the condominium complex is currently undergoing a major construction project. The contractor’s required completion date is March 13, 2026, with additional weather-related delays expected, which may extend this timeline.
Construction schedules—including work on pools, building exteriors, and other common areas—are planning tools only and are subject to change at any time.

Construction Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sundays: Work may occur if the project falls behind schedule.

Impact on Your Stay:
Occupancy is permitted during construction; however, guests should expect:

Significant noise, including hammering, grinding, chipping, and jackhammering (at a scale far louder than typical unit-to-unit renovations).
Dust, debris, and reduced air quality in and around the building.
Heavy congestion in hallways, elevators, and walkways.
Limited or obstructed access to certain amenities, walkways, or building areas.
A general atmosphere consistent with an active construction zone.

During periods of exterior concrete work near the unit, noise levels inside the condo may be so loud that the condo is considered unoccupiable for portions of the day.

For Renters
If you choose to book during this period, please understand that:

Construction disturbances are unavoidable,
Complaints related to noise, dust, or access limitations are not grounds for refunds,
This is not a typical vacation environment.

We want guests to be fully informed before booking to avoid surprises and ensure expectations are clear.

10th Floor Balcony Closures dates: Large balcony: 12/15/2025 to 2/7/26
Small Balcony: 12/17/25-1-31/26

Balcony furniture will be brought inside during these dates.

When a balcony stack is under work, it will be closed and secured with signage
and barriers. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and will result in
removal from the property.



Please wear armbands while on the property, place parking passes in car to avoid your car being towed.
