White Pickett District Loft

WPD is in heart of historic downtown Summerville surrounded by Live Oaks and Magnolias, walking distance to stores, restaurant bars in less than 5 minutes. We are 45 minutes away from downtown Charleston or beautiful beaches (i.e.Folly or Edisto). The entrance is private. There is a kitchenette (i.e. microwave, coffee machine, & mini frig). We a have a Murphy queen bed with soft foam mattress. There is a BIG movie theater style projector with cable + Netflix. There is a granite bar for laptop.
The space
You will love walking to Hutchinson Square to enjoy wine bars, coffee shops, antique stores, and cute boutiques; surrounded by 1800 century homes.

We have a small WATER HEATER; it is all brand new and will accommodate 10 minute hot shower; need time in between guest showers to reheat.

Summerville has the sweetest homegrown tea. The town attributes its modernization to railroad construction in the 1800s. Visitors will stand in awe at the host of attractions. The Colonial Dorchester State Historic site, Summerville Farmer’s Market, and Azalea Park & Sculpture Garden are but a few examples. You need to visit this beautiful town, see the attractions, and bask in its people’s charm.

We have bikes, golf cart or scooters available for daytime rentals.
Other things to note
We are surrounded by parks and eateries. Hutchinson Square is like a Hallmark movie!
