Welcome to our quiet cozy hideaway just minutes from downtown Asheville and Black Mountian! Take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway, a short distance from the house. Relax at the end of a long day exploring The Biltmore Estate in the Hot Tube or take in the night sky while enjoying the smokeless fire pit! You will be a quick drive to stunning hikes, waterfalls, and some of the best mountain biking in the Southeast. On the way home from your hike enjoy one of Asheville's award-winning restaurants or have it delivered! This 4 bed 1 bath sleeps 8 and is a great place to start your adventure or relax and take in the mountains.

*Must be 25 years or older to rent.

**Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

***Disclaimer: There is a cemetery further up behind the house. There is a house directly behind us that blocks most of the view.

🌲The Space:

There are four bedrooms in total.
1. Guest Room 1 King Bed
2. Guest Room 2 King Bed
3. Guest Room 3 Bunk Bed. A Twin bed and full bed.
4. Guest Room 4 Queen Bed. The room is attached to the main bedroom but has a door for privacy.

🌲Kitchen:
Large fridge, Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!

🌲Bathrooms:
Bathroom— Shower tub combo.
Is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.

🌲Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.

🌲Entertainment:
Roku TV in the living room and in the main bedroom.

🌲Outside:
The outside focus is the hot tub, fun, and relaxation! There is an outdoor lounge area with a fire table, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy. A hut tub and a smokeless fire pit offer many ways to relax throughout your stay.

🌲Fires: Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at the Ingles close by.

🌲Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas and the home's shed. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck are not tolerated.

🐶We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.

🐶We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

⭐ VERY IMPORTANT:
If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.

Examples:
Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 8th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
