- Please note depending on your cell phone provider, you may experience spotty service in the area

- The cabin operates on a shared-well as most cabins; if there is extreme water usage in a short duration you may experience low water pressure for 6-12 hrs. Water conservation tips are provided to all parties to help mitigate the risk.

Road Conditions:
Once you're off the main road, the majority of the drive is paved and two-lane. Once you reach Cashes Valley Ln, it becomes a twisty, turny one-lane paved road. The final stretch up to the cabin is uphill, narrow, and winding, with uneven terrain in some areas. Where the road is rougher, use the best side of the road for traction and maintain a steady speed to avoid your wheels spinning. 4WD or snow tires are recommended in winter months — North GA doesn't get much snow, but the steep streets can still be hard to climb without it.

Wildlife:
- You are in the wilderness and may come in contact with bears, deers, bugs, and other critters! DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked. All garbage must be bagged and thrown into the outside bins.
- Guests must never approach or feed wild animals
