Shore 39 is one of Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort’s most highly sought-after three-bedroom, three-bathroom villas, offering spectacular views of Lake Michigan and an inviting open-concept layout designed for comfort and relaxation. Spacious and beautifully situated, this lakeside retreat is an ideal choice for families or groups looking to enjoy the very best of a Lake Michigan vacation.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a bright and welcoming gathering space where everyone can relax and spend time together. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light while allowing the beautiful lake setting to become part of the experience. Central air conditioning provides added comfort throughout the villa, while a washer and dryer conveniently located within the unit make longer stays and family vacations especially easy.

One of the highlights of Shore 39 is its wonderful back deck overlooking the lake. This outdoor living space is perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon lake breeze, or gathering together at the end of the day as the sun sets over Lake Michigan.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed. The third bedroom is especially well suited for children or additional guests, featuring twin bunk beds plus a third twin bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations. With three full bathrooms, guests have plenty of space and convenience throughout their stay.

Our particular unit could use some upgrades in furniture and TLC but with young grandchildren it was fine

Over all satisfactory with a few flaws

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Microwave, oven and fridge handles were not cleaned upon arrival. The broom and the scoop was old and hard to use. The door rugs were to slippery and dangerous to use. The top of the bedding sheets in kid’s room were dirty. Were not clear where to rinse yourself from the beach sand, we ended up using water hose outside the house, we wish it was something right after the steps off the beach to clean yourself from the sand. Big spiders on the balcony and small ants in the house, the ant traps we’re not effective. Old and rustic tables and storages in the house, which were not pleasant to use. The balcony doors’ locks not logical to use, ended up looking ourselves out a few times, good there is an outdoor key. Old covers on the couches. No asphalt or concrete in most walking areas around the community.Pluses: nice view, quiet location and beautiful gated community.
