INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Beautiful home and prompt responses from host. 4 star for us because some of the basics were missing. No washcloths for the kitchen, no hot pads to take pans out of the oven, no grill brush to clean it, bathroom fan in lower bath not working, missing trash cans in some of the bathrooms, no shower rugs in bathroom. Aside from the little things it was a great location and beautiful area.

Everything about the stay was great! The beds, bathrooms living/dining area. Only complaint is parking. House sleeps 16 but only enough space to park 2 vehicles, Houses are so close to each other that backing out of drive has you backing into the next house where all the bikes are

Rosemary Beach Family Vacation

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We were a bike ride away from Rosemary or Seacrest area. We hopped on the neighborhood tram a few times to the beach which was always fun. The Treetop neighborhood had a lovely shaded pool that we frequently visited. The home was lovely with comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the basics. The management company quickly addressed any issues that arose or questions that we had. We did have some kind of big bugs that I avoided on our screened porch nightly. The screened porch was gorgeous and the family used it daily bugs and all. We did have a bear visit on our last evening! He seemed to be just as afraid of us and our dogs. I guess they are frequently spotted in the area searching for garbage. There are lots of rules in this neighborhood but easy to work around ( no beach towels are allowed to hang outside on the railings or $100 daily fine). I would definitely go back despite the rules and the bear! It was one of the best family vacations that we have had. Fun fun area and so beautiful!

Family beach trip

We came to Seacrest area for a new beach experience because we usually go to PCB. The house said it was a short walk to the beach. It is not. There is a tram that will take you and that's the way to go. The house is in an area where there are bears...and they come out during the day and definitely at night, so be careful. The golf cart that comes with the house is basically pointless because you can't take it anywhere, because golf carts are banned in Seacrest, Ally's and Rosemary. However, the bikes are very useful. Inside the house is beautiful and we had plenty of space for everyone. The ceiling fans in the bedroom are linked so if one person turns one on or off...it will happen to the other rooms. We loved the large dining table and outside sitting area. The property is good but the property management company is little off. A lot of the codes were off, the instructions were incorrect for the beach tram and trash was all over the backyard(from the bears) from the day we checked in until the night before we left. The property manager was aware of the trash before we checked in but didn't send someone to pick it up until we were leaving. Overall it's a beautiful house and we had fun!
