This home is just steps from Chaparral Park, lake & large community pool (not heated) located in beautiful South Scottsdale & a few minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, dining, movie theaters & Baseball Spring Training fields.
Home includes a BBQ gas grill, dining patio set & 2 BEACH CRUSIER BIKES to explore the Green Belt (there is a walking/biking path that goes through Scottsdale parks & South Scottsdale). Chaparral Park has a nice playground, lake w/ fishing, ducks & geese, 2 dog parks & Xeriscape to walk or bike through

This condo was spacious, clean and in a good location. We loved being right next to a park with lots of grass and walking paths as we had our dog with us.

Lovely condo

This condo is great! Lots of space and a cute courtyard to sit out and have your morning coffee. In a good location and close to a lot. Marie was wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay again!

Great location! Very clean property!

This is one of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, close to everything. Neighborhood pool, outdoor covered patio, right on the greenway. Great communication from the owners. Will stay there again.

Wonderful

This property is wonderful to stay in. It’s located right on the lake for walks, biking playground dog park all of the things that you would need on a vacation. The accommodations are clean and have all the amenities that you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is comfortable. it has a nice quiet patio. Would highly recommend.

R&R plus Great Location

Our stay was what the doctor ordered. I had surgery and the place was perfect for me to recuperate. The nearby park was a good place to walk. The complex is neat and clean with covered parking and patio. The home is ready to cook your favorite meals. We liked having TVs in the bedrooms to watch our favorite late night shows.

What a perfect place to stay!! We booked 2 weeks to attend a wedding and visit family. This place is perfectly located, easy to get to, centrally located with quick access all over Scottsdale and Phoenix, highways to other locations, etc. Super short walk to large park, lake, walking/running trails, dog park, etc. Large ranch style townhouse, very comfortable, super clean, great kitchen, nice community pool, on site private parking, lovely fenced back patio area. We traveled with our 4yr old Lab and everything was responsible pet owner friendly. Everything was just soooo nice and easy! Great communication with the owners! Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved this place! We are planning to stay here again for sure!! Thank you so very much!!

Can’t beat the location 👍🙂

This VRBO is exactly as described (which often is not the case). Very very clean, and plenty of room. Location is perfect for easy access to Old Town Scottsdale to the south and north Scottsdale. In addition, access to the Indian Bend Wash path and parks just a few steps away is a bonus, super nice area! The unit has all the comforts of home and communication with our host was great! We truly enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to being repeat guests on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Fantastic

Exactly as shown - we booked b/c of proximity to dog park. 😂 Life is all about the poochies!! It is a 15-20 minute walk to the most wonderful off- leash dog park! The property itself was spotless - well appointed with in suite laundry, nice kitchen, outdoor grill. It had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable (& we’re fussy about that). Marie was great & communicated to ensure that all was well. We’re checking our calendars to book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Both my husband & I lived in Scottsdale Arizona most of our lives. We both attended elementry & high school here as well as our children did. We love our neighborhood & are excited to share it with others. Also we believe our dogs are important part of our family & they do often travel with us. That is why this place is open to families who feel the same way.

This is our neighborhood & want to share all what it has to offer to others. The beautiful surroundings,nice Fall, Winter & Spring weather, fine dining, entertainment & shopping. Also not to forget the Baseball Spring Training season for those Baseball fans

This property has several wonderful aspects. Its all on one single level, private covered patio w/ BBQ, 2- beach cruiser, 3 parking spaces & STEPS to the lake & park. Dog friendly home & surrounging area. Only a few minutes drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Mall & the Baseball Spring Training fields.
