New renovations brings this classic bungalow in to the modern age. A snack basket with water will welcome you upon arrival. There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, stylish new floors throughout and decorator grade tile in updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds and linens. Basic cable and WiFi access. Rocking chair front porch, comfortable seating on the back deck, a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining area and a huge back yard for relaxing. No smoking on premises including front porch. Sorry, strictly no pets of any kind due to owner’s allergies! Really cute house in an URBAN REDEVELOPING part of Downtown Atlanta. Minutes away from West Midtown, Buckhead and blocks away from all downtown tourist Attractions.

Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Driveway access is included. We do not have a garage.

We own the property next door and it is fenced in together.

We have an exterior camera for safety. Please read about the neighborhood in the listing. While this part of town is going through redevelopment phase, we have had great experiences for our guests. No issues at all. We want to make sure you understand this aspect of the Airbnb.

Guests staying on Sunday nights will be asked to take the green trash bin and the blue recycling bin to the curb for pick-up on Monday morning.

We do not allow additional guests at any time. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in or on the property.

We allow long-stay guests to book in 28-day increments to avoid taking up permanent residency.

Check-in is available from **12:00 PM to 8:00 PM**. **Strictly no nighttime check-ins.** If you miss the 8:00 PM check-in time, you will need to return at **9:00 AM the next morning**. We do not accommodate late arrivals under any circumstance, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

On Sunday night, please take the green trash bin to the curb for pick-up on Monday morning. Then bring it back up to the house after it has been picked up. This helps a lot!!

Keep the air conditioning at 74 or higher if it is hotter than 85 degrees outside in the summer.
