Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I would like to address a few points: Internet Issues: The initial problem with the internet was due to using an incorrect password, despite the correct one being provided. Once resolved, there was an additional delay due to a Spectrum outage, which we worked to address as quickly as possible. Cleanliness and Cookware: We maintain high standards for cleanliness and have not received similar complaints from other guests. The next guests did not report any issues with the cookware, and our post-departure inspection found the pots to be in good condition. Thermostat Issue: We appreciate your initiative in resolving the thermostat problem. We are reviewing our procedures to ensure that such issues are handled more efficiently in the future. Pillow Protectors: After your stay, we discovered that all the pillow protectors were missing. This is a concern as these items are essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Refund: The refund has been processed, though it may take a few days to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience regarding this matter.

Thank you for the review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home and amenities. We'd love to welcome you back!
