Take a step back in time when Palm Springs was just being incorporated. Built in 1937, this Spanish style 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the heart of the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood and steps to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs.

The beautiful and artistically decorated Morrocan style home consists of just over 2000 square feet of living space, hardwood floors and custom mural like paint through out. In the main house there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, direct patio access and walk in closet. The shared bathroom has a claw foot soaking tub with European style hand held shower head. In the living room there is a decorative fireplace and TV, you can enter a separate entertainment area just off the living room to access the back pool deck area and casita bedrooms. There is a separate dining room area just off the kitchen. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything new and vintage you would need to entertain guest and prepare meals.

The two self contained casita bedrooms are located by the pool in the back. Each has its own separate entrance door and attached bathroom, each with a custom Moroccan tile walk in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed while bedroom 4 has a king size bed and kitchenette complete with a stove and refrigerator.

The manicured backyard has several areas for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family while gazing at the night sky or San Jacinto Mountains during the day. You will find several lounge chairs by the pool, seating under the covered patio of the casita and an outdoor shower around the corner. The refreshing pebble tech pool has an elevated spa that waterfalls in to the pool for your enjoyment.

The swimming pool is approximately 10’x40’x5′ deep.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
