The villa offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful sanctuary. With comfortable beds, plush linens, and tasteful decor, a peaceful night's sleep is guaranteed. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready to embrace another day of sunshine and adventure. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a private door to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and roomy closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and across the hall, a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

This property is NOT pet friendly (no pets allowed).

NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping, in the property or anywhere on the complex grounds including the beach boardwalk and parking lot.

Available covered and open parking. Parking permit must be visible through windshield otherwise subject to towing at your expense. Maximum two vehicles per property. Parking permits provided via the Guest Welcome Notebook inside the property.

Our properties are stocked with many of the comforts of home, including linens and kitchen essentials. Upon arriving for your stay, you will find your rental property has been stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, body soap and shampoo. These items are a starter supply to get you through your first 24 hours, so you will need to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the like are not provided, but past guests may leave them behind - we don't guarantee these items.

Pack-N-Play with mattress pad and 2 fitted sheets provided upon request for $25.

Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early check-ins or late check-outs March through November).

Check-in/arrival instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 48 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
