the rooms were super clean and smelled fresh and was really cold when we walked in (super plus for me!!) the host was always in communication with me before and throughout when I asked questions. swimming pool was right in front of door and fishing was available just a few steps away. the kitchen area was great! all in all if I could stay there forever, I definitely would!

Great location, convenient, clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come stay again. Our son had a great time fishing off the back pier and the beach is walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a business trip, so we didn’t get to enjoy many amenities. We did walk the breach and enjoy the back deck. Bruster’s is next door and that was fun to go and relax.

The location was great. The condo community had a private fishing pier, and it was within walking distance to Whitecap Beach. The condo was well-stocked, and we appreciated the blackout curtains.

Yes, our host was very welcoming, respectful and responded to all questions I had prior to our stay. The rooms were very clean and our fishing was great. Overall we will book this room again

We stayed here on Labor day weekend and couldn't be happier. Great location, very clean, walking distance to the beach. The dock out back is a peaceful fishing spot. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Also, we were able to check-in earlier than the expected time and it worked out great for us. The host also was very informative in his emails and texts. Thank you for hosting my family and I.

Owners were great, worked hard to correct a plumbing problem and put us in temporary housing while being fixed. Really enjoyed the location and dock out back gave a great view of the sunset.

Great place close to the beach

Owners were friendly and communicative!! Location was close to the beach and was pet friendly!! We come down a few times a year and this place is the best yet. There is a dock in the back so small children need to be watched but it was my 5 y/o first fishing experience and it was a blast!!

We enjoyed it a lot I gave it 3 stars in listing because it is not actually waterfront the water is around the next set of condos it's .still close to the water though . I did speak with the manager about the confusion and was told the 1 bedrooms are the water facing ones just so you make sure you know what your getting.Pool was right outside the door that was nice! The manager was great couldn't ask for better communication. the dock was great for fishing and right around the corner. The other thing that is not in the control of the property is there's a place butted right up to this condo called Brewster Street ice house. Live loud entertainment nightly and the customers parked everywhere on the street and in the condo lot taking renters spaces. They did put up signs to help the second night we were there but if you like that type of thing it's convenient for that.the condo itself had all the things you could ask for or need , nice comfy furniture and very homey. we would definitely stay there again in the future .

Disappointed about sums it up. When we first arrived after a 16 hour drive we were exhausted but noted that the floors were damp, wrote jt off as it had been raining and maybe freshly mopped. Next day everything was still wet. Called and was told that is just how it is on the island, nope I was born and raised on this island, then was told it was from leaving the door open too long like I was a kid. Had to dump the dehumidifier multiple times a day (not mentioned in listing), then went to do laundry and found standing water and rust in the dryer, called and they sent someone to wipe up the water and suggested the dehumidifier might be causing the moisture. Turned it off and it was moist rather than wet the rest of the stay, couldn't put things like your purse on the ground and my poor puppy's paws were constantly damp. Now on to the cleanliness or lack there of. We actually went to the store and bought cleaner because there was mold/mildew on the bathroom sink.I could nit pick for hours but you get the drift.We tried to make the best of the stay but it was quite uncomfortable.

Our family has lived on the Island for the better part of 23 years. I love the laid back, no tie zone attitude of the folks that live here. As a part of a military family, I have traveled to many places. I know the importance of having a place to stay that feels like your home. Come and stay with us and enjoy your island home.

Several fantastic restaurants are a short drive from the condo, and the Boathouse Bar & Grill is right next door—perfect for a quick beer or (2) or (3)! Just a quick five-minute drive away, you'll find both Dollar General and our local island supermarket, IGA. Within the same short distance, you can also explore more cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, and more.

Approximately 20 miles inland, you can tour the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, the Art Museum of South Texas, the USS Lexington, Botanical Gardens, Downtown Corpus Christi, the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History and plenty of other spots. Port Aransas is a short 20-mile drive to the North on the Island.

This condo will take care of (6) guests comfortably! You’ll have access to a full kitchen to cook with, a washer/dryer, and other amenities. This is a (2) bedroom, (2) bathroom condo. There are (2) queen beds in the bedrooms and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, so bring some friends and family!
