Pool, Sun chairs, hot tub, location to eateries is good. We had a car but could manage without and still get to some good eateries and bar food. Room looks like photos but very tight, smaller than an hotel room Felt we could have been better advised about potential for noise. Room window is across from gym so prone to noise. AC needs coolant and cleaning. It cannot keep up with a hot outdoor temperature. Owner needs to fix or replace electronic door lock. Beeping in middle of night scared us awake. Need to provide more than one bath towel each for stays of a week. No washer dryer makes this necessary. Light in shower needs to be replaced with PVC version; it has been dripping rust long enough to leave stain on tile.Microwave to reheat leftovers was wonderful but need silverware and plates.Recliner blocks clothing drawers and has to be moved to access. Six throw pillows but only two standard pillows for two adults? Need hooks in room to hang towels to dry.Safe in closet didn’t appear to work but may just be different type than user experience. Good bedside USBports!Cleaners need to be reminded (we spoke to cleaning oversight and she admitted she didn’t check the work):1-pull furniture out and clean, dust was thick at baseboard beside nightstand. 2-need to clean quilt each guest changeover. 3-Cleaners need to check the beach chairs after each stay. We moved them out of the way up to shelf and sand poured out of them, but no broom to sweep up so had sand for the week.
