Just look at those views! Located near Lake Dillon, this nicely appointed townhome is a fantastic choice any time of year. It’s an easy drive to town, the Dillon Marina, and the spectacular Dillon Amphitheater for concerts and events. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just six miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 5-minute walk away. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 4-bedroom plus den, 5-bathroom condo has a great layout for up to 10 people — and with two bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows taking in mountain and lake views; there’s a large Smart TV, too that's equipped with YouTube TV. And just outside on the deck, you can enjoy those views with a gas firepit and grill! Downstairs, there’s a whole other living area/game room with a pool table, ping pong, another large Smart TV and seating, and a walk-out patio. It’s a perfect place for the kids to hang out!

The full kitchen features large counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four at the counter. Other amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a shared pool, hot tub and sauna, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Booked for 7 nights-night #2 the HotWater heater went out. Assumed it was didn't keep up w/ 6 guys. In the AM there was no hot water. Summit Mountain Rentals was notified of the issue. Someone came and flipped the breaker on/off to reset it and left, didn't check if that worked-if you do even basic research on a water heater, this is the wrong thing to do. We found out the next afternoon from a plumber that arrived - that they had been doing the reset thing a lot. The entire interior of the unit was rusted out, leaking, the circuitry was completely rusted-very surprised there wasn't an electrical fire-it was BAD. The communication with SMR was not great-I had to reach out to them, during my ski trip, for updates-trying to salvage this trip and not have to move to a different location last minute. There was no sense of urgency, finally we had enough- I booked somewhere else and we moved out of the unit. SMR did refund what was about 2/3 of our fee, but didn't cover any hassle/inconvenience we endured. The offer to move us to a different house was too little, too late - we had enough. If the condition of this house aside from the water heater is any indication of how they manage properties, we were not risking another one. SMR is negligent on maintenance of this property. Do not stay until it is FIXED. Window cranks broken, Pool cues,pingpong paddles unusable, oven stunk horribly. VERY disappointing quality for this price point. Won't stay in a SMR property again.

The property was great, there was enough rooms for everyone. It was fantastic that every bedroom had basically their own bathroom (two rooms shared one). The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet, which isn’t a huge deal, and it’s nice that the basement has a bathroom as well. The basement was cozy and great. The home itself isn’t great for little little kids (we had two toddlers). There were tons of games with lots of pieces, which would be great for a family stay if your kiddos are older. The pantry/coffee area was well stocked :)

Extended family vacation.

There were nine of us and everyone had a bed. The downstairs had a pool table that converted to a ping pong table, a television and a dart board. Our kids loved having a space like that to hang out. (Kids were all teenagers but the 10 year old.)It was spotless and basic things like hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent , etc. were plentiful. Kitchen was well equipped. We used the large outside grill two nights. The view was awesome. The location was great it was near I70 so we could go in all directions to get to activities. The area had a pool and hot tub that was very convenient. Summer Mountain Rentals was professional from booking to answering questions very promptly. They even sent emails about the area and activities before our vacation. We would definitely recommend this lovely, large, spacious property and Summit Montain Rentals.

Spring skiing in Summit County

6 adults, 2 couples. Unit had great bedding for adults, pool/ping pong table in basement game room. Kitchen and gas grill were used extensively by the group. Common pool/hot tub in the neighborhood is small, but useful. Property management was very responsive.

Dillon retreat

This is a very spacious and clean townhouse. We liked having direct access to the front door. Kitchen was great. Hangout room in basement was perfect for the kids. Decor was a bit dated, but it was nicely decorated. Great location for heading up to A basin to ski. Would recommend!

Great property with plenty of room for a large group. Well maintained with many amenities. Only negative was the hot tub located in a separate building that we had to drive to. The hot tub was disappointing as well, as was very small, so had to wait until other guests were finished, before using it. It was only a 4-5 person capacity.

good property with plenty of room. had some issues with lightbulbs out and a big leak in one bedroom. Prop mgmt was responsive on the lightbulbs. Leak through the window was unresolved by time we left.

Great rental

Very good location with proximity to lake Dillon and the Amphitheatre. Parking was not an issue. Nice house. A little dated but overall comfortable and good for a group.

Beautiful views centrally located

The views were amazing & being in Dillon you can drive 1-2 hours for most popular places to visit like RMNP. Close to shopping, etc The townhome was beyond roomy & comfy. Whenever I had a question or issue I had it resolved immediately. The communication from rental company was outstanding!

Destination Wedding

We had a great stay - there were 7 of us, plenty of space, and the property had all the amenities we needed. The only issue we had was that the weather was unusually warm, and several of the windows/screen doors didn't work properly, but the property manager was very responsive to my concerns, and fixed things the same day. I would recommend for large groups; about a 20 minute drive to Breck, and close to the marina on Dillon Reservoir, gorgeous scenery! Convenient to restaurants, bars, stores, etc.

Beautiful and spacious

This place is huge and was perfect for our large family. Besides the pool/ping pong table and darts, there are multiple board games and tvs for rainy day fun. The neighborhood pool, hot tub, and sauna are a quick walking distance and we enjoyed them daily. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and lake from the back porches. The location is convenient to all Dillon and Frisco have to offer. The host company was communicative and caring. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wonderful Experience

My family and friends loved this property. We had 9 total people and had plenty of space. The two master suites were a real benefit. The location worked out very nice as it was just a few minute drive to shops and restaurants in Dillon and also just a short drive to Keystone and A-Basin. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the owners were very responsive to our texts. Definitely recommend this property.
