Hi Regina, Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that your stay was enjoyable and that you found the condo to be clean. I do apologize for the smoke odor you experienced from a guest on another balcony. The Oceans is a non-smoking building, and while the owners make every effort to convey this policy to their guests, there are instances where some choose not to follow the rules. I'm sorry you had to experience this.

Beach views were perfect on the corner unit. This unit is completely updated, all nice appointments for the kitchen, decorated nicely with extra touches. AC was great, beach chairs were a plus for us. We had others in our party stay in another unit on the same floor and it didn’t come close to this one. The owner, Karen, communicates wonderfully and is great to work with. Hopefully, we will be able to stay there again next time we are in Cherry Grove! Thank you Karen!
