Relax and make memories at Ocean Breeze Oasis! This fully renovated home has everything you need for a FUNtastic getaway. Whether spending time at Ocean Gate Beach, Splash Park, or relaxing by the pool!

We are three short blocks away from the mile-long boardwalk and beach. Are you looking for something more private? No problem! Spend time in the fenced-in backyard with the pool, BBQ, and lawn games!

We are short distances to Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Beach, LBI, and Atlantic City!

The Space:
Our house has three bedrooms. Each featuring queen size beds. The Living room has a full-size sofa bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with changing and vanity area. Enjoy family filled memories both outside and inside the home.
Pool is now OPEN for 2026 season!

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire property. You will get a personalized door code for keyless entry before you arrive!

Keyless Entry:
Guests will be provided a personalized guest code upon their arrival. There is a keypad lock on the front door. The code is changed after every guest and expires at the length of your stay.

Security Cameras:
We have two security cameras on the property. A ring doorbell and a camera in the backyard. There are no cameras inside. We value and respect your privacy inside our home!

The Host was wonderful to work with and the House was just what we needed. Our older children were able to walk to the bay and fish. There are several walking paths that were convenient for the family to enjoy. This is a lovely quiet place for our vacation.

Cozy house in a nice neighborhood. Morning and evening walks along the water were just a short distance away. Our stay was short but would definitely stay again!

Very cute house in a quaint cute town!We enjoyed our time at the house and the beach. The beach is in the cutest little inlet and it’s a three minute walk away. The pool is good. The AC is split units in the main bedroom and the LR and DR. The other two bedrooms have fans and if you slept with the doors open the AC will get there too. The sofa bed is made of these cushions that open up but it’s is not a mattress. Everyone in the town is very friendly. I didn’t see lifeguards at the beach. There is an area to swim that is cordoned off. It is pretty shallow. The 2 beach chairs they had at the house are light and very low to the ground. There was equipment for the pickleball. The pickleball and tennis courts and next door to the house. The people playing there does not make noise or bother you while you are at the house. The owner was very responsive.

Great small town for families. Property was well kept; host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this location and host if you are looking for a nice, quiet and mellow vacation.

This house was exactly as described. It was a perfect stay for our little getaway with our family. The house was very accommodating, clean, and cozy. It was a short walk to the beach and had a spacious backyard to enjoy the day right at home.

Attention to detail exceptional !!

Home is beautifully renovated and is stocked with activities for the whole family. Pool was an added bonus on the days we just wanted to lounge around. Beach is walking distance and perfect for young children. We were highly satisfied with our stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

Our family rented this cute bungalow for the weekend as we were in town for a funeral service and had family members traveling from throughout the country. Perfectly fit our needs! Many houses in this area are small (and feel this way) but we never felt like that. Bedrooms were a great size as was the dining and living rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely

I wish we'd had more time to enjoy the amenities of the property. We were in town for an event so mostly just slept at the property - very comfortable beds, close walk to the boardwalk along the beach. 3 pickle ball and 1 tennis court right next door. Quiet time from 10p-8a! Property owners are very hospitable and provided anything we could have needed (including DECAF coffee grounds - thank you!). While there, we went to Grit and Grace for meals (2 breakfast and a lunch) which were great (food and service). Highly recommend, and we're thinking about visiting again.

Great place.

This was a wonderful rental. As soon as you walk in you can see the care the hosts have put into this home. My family and I came for 6 days from Oregon. The house was super clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked as was every room. Laundry and hygiene products. The pool was clean and inviting. Host's checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. There were pool toys, beach stuff , you name it they thought of everything. I cant wait to come back.

Fantastic home

Myself, my husband, my 3 children, my in laws and my mother all stayed for a weekend for my sons baseball tournament. Although there were 8 of us, we had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and all of the games and toys that were supplied. The only thing is, we wish the yard had been mowed prior to our arrival and the cushions needed to be washed on the deck. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels pretty quickly, but there is a great big grocery store right around the corner. We will be staying again for sure! Beautiful home.

Nice find

I would recommend this spot to anyone and look forward to staying again. The house and neighborhood was clean and family friendly. When we weren't at the beach, we were at the house enjoying the pool, grill and games that were made available to us. The rooms were spacious and the layout of the house was too. I wish we could have stayed longer. But we plan to visit again. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the distance to Island Beach State Park. We were under the impression that it was closer to the house. That is our favorite beach to go to and it was about a 40 min drive. Nonetheless, the overall stay was still 5 stars and despite the distance to that beach we had a blast each day of our stay. Thank you, Austin!

We had such a great stay at Ocean Breeze! We were in town for my daughter's nationals dance competition in Toms River. Location to everything was perfect. We took advantage of the pool, being near the beach, splash pad, and the pickleball courts! We had 3 children and my elderly parents with us and this house was perfect for everyone. The first floor bedroom with the walk-in shower and seat in there was great for my father. My daughters had a blast in the pool just about every day and the games inside. They got a kick out of eating their breakfast in the nook each morning. My husband and I really enjoyed having the upstairs bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves. We had a busy week of dance, so having space for all of that and the washer and dryer was exactly what we needed. Many of our friends were staying in Seaside Heights, and the drive there to see them was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having a playground right there was perfect for my toddlers! Austin and Casey put together a great booklet with all the info we needed and more! They've paid attention to every detail with the amenities. Highly recommend staying at Ocean Breeze! Thanks for a great week!

We fell in love with the Jersey Shore when our parents purchased their home and wanted to pass along that ability to other families and friends. We are originally from New York. We love interacting with our guests and making sure they are having a great experience while at Ocean Breeze Oasis.

Our neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to any activities your family needs. Steps away are the pickle ball and tennis courts! There is also a playground and basketball courts across the street. Then a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Our property is located only 3 blocks away from a mile long walking boardwalk and private beach. When you step into our home, you are welcomed with an entertainment living room at your finest! Take time to capture your memories in front of our neon lit grass wall! Tired of the sand and beach? No problem! Relax out on the deck and enjoy the pool!
