This Old House - Entire House Rental

Summary:
NOTE: This is the combination of the Lofty Suit and the Entertainment Suite, there is no internal access between the two units.

This Old House is a remodeled century home that is all for entertainment. It is within walking distance of nightlife, the Massillon Rec and movie theater, but there is plenty of fun to be had inside as well!

- NO CLEANING FEES**
- Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval and refundable deposit (and are only permitted in the downstairs apartment)

The Space:
This Old House was built in 1897 and is a completely remodeled duplex with both spaces being available to rent.

The upstairs unit has a full kitchen, bath, and one bedroom with a Queen Bed and a bunk bed (Full bottom, Twin Top), as well as a spacious living room. The
downstairs unit has a full kitchen, bath, and two bedrooms (one with Queen and Full and the other with a Queen), as well as a spacious living room. Both have separate entrances, there is no internal access between the two.

The house is in an ideal location, within walking distance of many Massillon treasures (see neighborhood details). The upstairs offers treasures of its own, being tastefully decorated with a bit of old world charm and the downstairs has a lot of entertainment value (with board games and movies). We hope to host you soon!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and both driveways.

Other Things to Note:
**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to he guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard".

Interaction with Guests:
All communication should be done through AirBnB. I am off site, but if you have any questions, concerns or if something breaks, I am nearby.
