As an owner of multiple vacation rentals; Good luck. For a single or two to have a place to sleep. OK? NO?! Aside from the lying, “exterior” photo, that’s NOT where you’ll stay just FYI, that’s a photo of the corner bar. It’s a strip motel. Like, “check the walls for holes so we aren’t being watched while showering” lookin place. We arrived HOURS after check in, with no response to our previous days messages about check out time, all we had as check inwas “sign is wrong outside, this your door number and this code”. Spent half an hour calling host upon arrival with NOT WORKING DOOR CODE, with no response while we sat in the cold wind and TWENTY THOUSAND MAY FLIES EVERYWHERE LIKE A MORTUARY. Like, in a scary movie of flies on a dead body, (here’s the place in town this bad btw, we walked everywhere and it wasn’t this bad). Didn’t get a response after ALL the calls; ended up going RIGHT to voicemail after so many, contacted VRBO and told them we’re locked out and want a refund, got a message back after about 45 mins (from VRBO) with a new code to let us in. End of first night seeing the “owner”trying to say I messed up trying to enter with the wrong code or how I entered…(I have the same system on my house!) doesn’t excuse the non answering!!! OMG the “office” was disgusting mess, not an office and no one on site the whole time. Rooms were big and roomy but bed sheets smell of mildew, shower surround had mold growing. Need some help and renovation and better customer service.
