When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Mandatory Insurance Inspection

To keep the home compliant with insurance requirements, the property is inspected approximately twice a year. Dates are scheduled by the insurance company and may occasionally fall during a guest’s stay, sometimes with limited notice.

If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as the appointment is confirmed. Access to the home is required for the inspection to proceed. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to accommodate any required inspection scheduled during their stay.

Please note that although our property does not have cameras, neighboring units and the building itself may have security cameras in use.

Construction Notice (August 15 – November 15)

Please note that a separate unit within the complex (not this rental) will be undergoing renovations from August 15 through November 15.

Construction is scheduled daily between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While the work is not taking place in our unit, guests may occasionally hear daytime construction noise. The construction crew will make every effort to keep noise levels to a minimum.
