Spacious villa in Golden Circle with amazing view & hot tub!

This is a brand new 4 bedroom villa , 1h away from Reykjavik, right in the middle of Golden Circle , very close to some of Iceland's most amazing attractions such as Geysir , Gullfoss, Fontana , Secret Lagoon, Thingvellir National Park , Kerid and other amazing places .
The house is also situated at 10 mins walking distance to Fridheimar restaurant which is an unique experience having your lunch in their own growing tomatoes greenhouse , or have a dinner at Mika restaurant.

Master bedroom - king bed 180 x 200 + dressing room + en suite bathroom

Bedroom 3 : Frozen girl room with bunk bed suitable for kids 6 -15y old .

Bedroom 4 : 2 x single beds , 90 x 200

Living room : 2 x sofa beds that could fit 4 people


We only rent our home for 3 months in the summer while we are travelling and taking a break from just finished building and furnishing our house so there will be some personally stuff in inside but well organised and mos in the garage , to provide you maximum space for your own personal belongings but please be aware we ask extra care if you’re travelling with small kids as my daughter’s Frozen room will be available to use for sleep and play , she’s more then happy to let your kids to play with her toys or use her desk to draw or paint , but please do ask your kids to treat it well and put things back at their places when finished or leaving our home.

Our house is beautifully styled with a breathtaking sunrise and makes is perfect for a getaway proving you with all necessary all together in a villa to enjoy this trip closer to youse family/friends

Few details about groceries shopping : I would recommend to stop on your way to buy from a bigger supermarket from Reykjavik or Selfoss as : Bonus (cheapest), Krona, Netto, Haugkaup … we do have a petrol station just 2 mins away and have most basic stuff, a bit bigger shop about 12 mins away (and yes from both you can buy vegetables , milk etc) but both are a bit more expensive and no many varieties .. also I recommend not buying water, Iceland have one of the best tap water in the world. - coffee , tea , sugar
- salt & pepper
- washing machine + dishwasher tablets

Around our house there are some constructions going on for 2 houses and usually woring hours are 8-16 , the foundation for this constructions been done since 2021 but nothing has moved forward since then even tho they said will be done in summer 2022, then in 2023 so we do not know when they will actually start working but I want you to take in consideration that if in the week days you wanna sleep in longer and you are sleep sensitive how i am then it migh bother you.

We always try our best to accommodate the schedules of our guests if an early check in / late check out it’s necessary , even if we have same day booking , as long as we can have a 4-5h gap between the reservations (big house , lots to wash/dry and clean) then we will try our best to find suitable options for everybody . Of course luggages can be dropped anytime ! Cleaning fee it’s included (it’s pretty high accually, one of the reasons the high nightly price also , the cleaning company charges about 400€ per each normal regular clean) and we don’t really ask our guests to do anything on their departure then treat our home with the same respect as they tread theirs and be tidy . I do believe it’s a fair request when staying not only at someone’s house but anywhere else really ! Don’t need to remove your rubbish at the end , don’t need to remove linen , don’t clean to wash the floor or clean the hot tub but please don’t leave dirty dishes stuck with old food , don’t treat the floor as a rubbish field and we are all good !
