Chelsea at the front desk was ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Aracely at the bar was the only bartender that was always attentive.

Perfect location on the beach! Spacious well-equipped condo within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. The only negative is that the condo could use some routine maintenance—there are loose towel bars, chipped cabinet paint, and rusty fixtures.

This property is absolutely amazing! The listing is exactly as it appears, it’s super clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is the best on Grace Bay, with shops and restaurants just across the street. We highly recommend this property and are already planning our next trip to Turks & Caicos.

Highly recommend for girls trip

The villa was the perfect size for the four of us. Very clean and views were amazing. We always got a chair at the beach or pool. It’s not a completely full service place like at one of the large resorts but it provided the essentials. Highly recommend!

Awesome place

We stayed there for three nights and then went to the Seven Stars Hotel that's just down the beach. The other hotel was fine, but I wish we would have stayed the entire time at this VRBO. It just has a uniqueness with the pool location that blocks all the wind. The pickleball courts were great and we could just walk to good places to eat. It was great. The staff is awesome too.

Love Villa Renaissance!

This is the best resort on Grace Bay beach and this unit (I have stayed in may different units) is one of the most beautifully decorated and well appointed units at the resort. I truly felt like I was staying in a friends house vs. a vacation rental. It was amazing from start to finish! We will be back at the holidays and cannot wait!
