Spent the weekend golfing in Fountain Hills. This was a perfect property. Comfortable living quarters, very clean property with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable, all of my guests were very happy with the accompaniment. Hosts were fantastic to communicate with! Thank You

The view was wonderful! The rooms fit our group of friends great!!! We enjoyed th hot tub every night and sitting by the fire every morning with our coffee. Great relaxing time.

14 years running with our group of 8 for a yearly golf trip. Great location and house was perfect for our group. Well maintained and well stocked. Outdoor space was perfect for grilling and relaxing after rounds. Great communication for easy check in/check out. Highly recommend

Great house. Lots of space to host family gatherings. Pool and spa was great. Loved the outdoor grill. House had everything you need. Host did a great job communicating.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The Five Palms did not dissapoint and the area of Fountain Hills was great as well. Our Property management Team, Stevie and Cassie, were absolutely fantastic - very responsive and quick to address any concerns. Our family was enjoying the Christmas holidays there and when we inquired if there was any decorations, they said no, but mentioned they would source some and put them up for us - we had all of the fixings to make it feel like Christmas, tree and numerous festive items throughout the property! Would recommend both the property and the management Team.

We had a great time at the Five Palms VRBO. The hosts were very courteous and communicated well. The backyard, pool and patio were spectacular and perfect for our needs! The views from the back and front of the house were amazing and quintessential Fountain Hills. We had the pool heated (March stay) and it was extremely comfortable and we spent most of our time in it. Even with the heat my wife made use of the hot tub that is kept nice and hot. There are 2 nice grills available as well as an outdoor fire place which we did not use. There is ample parking in the driveway and could probably fit up to 5 cars if needed. There is no access to the garage allowed. The layout of the house is a bit odd, but we made it work. Note that you need to pass through a bedroom to get to the small apt above the garage, unless you go out the door to the upper deck and take the stairs down to the patio and go back in at the kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen is fairly small, but the appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils were adequate for any meals you would want to make. The small room off the kitchen has a TV and Nintendo switch gaming system that our kids loved. The larger living room had a large TV and comfortable couch for chilling in the AC (which worked well during an unusually warm March, upper 90s!).Overall, the stay was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Will likely stay there again in the future if it's available. Thanks for your hospitality and great communication.

Perfect family getaway!

We originally had a property booked in Sedona, but it was cancelled on us one month before our travel dates! I am so glad that one didn't work out, as we had such an amazing time at this property! From the moment of booking to checkout, it was such an easy process and communication with the host was wonderful any questions we had were answered right away. Upon arriving, our 3 kids all claimed their OWN rooms, and my husband and I had our own hideaway with a room that is probably 1/3 the size of the whole house!;) It worked out perfect for our family of 5 with extra beds to spare. (Just a note: you do have to walk through a room to get to the master). The kids basically lived in the pool most of the time. It was only in the 60's/70's, but the pool temp was so warm it didn't matter at all that the air was chilly! We were thankful to escape a blizzard back home!;) I snuggled up to the fire pit while our kids swam into the night. The views, privacy and quietness are absolutely amazing!! We enjoyed grilling, games and a movie night! It is a great location as well to do some hiking near Saguaro Lake and Fountain Hills has a nice playground with a great view of the fountain. We would highly recommend staying here!
