Lovely two-bedroom apartment with an easy walk to the beach. Host was responsive, even on Thanksgiving, in trying to resolve our internet challenges. Large ROKU television was available, allowing us to use our own streaming accounts to watch shows and sporting events.

Perfect accomodations in a perfect spot on Treasure Island, FL.

Great place and the host was very responsive and accommodating! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

The ease of the location to John’s Pass was nice. The building was a bit deserted as there were repairs still going on. The listing stated no smoking but the bedrooms did have a cigarette smell. There was one other couple there, with their boat they hogged the simple dock so we had no access to fish. In general we would book this again.

Awesome place and great location!

My mom and I stayed here for 5 days for a little getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Especially for the price! Great views out the back in the breakfast nook, the two full bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice, and we cooked in the full kitchen every day. A 15-minute walk to the beach, or a 4-minute drive with lots of parking options along Treasure Island beach. The location felt very safe and is surrounded by beautiful houses and condos making for some nice walks around the neighborhood.

Weekend getaway.

Very close to the beach and all attractions in the area. Place was vey clean, one think is that the shower head needs to be replaced.

Treasure Island Weekend Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay The accommodations were just perfect. Cute Condo unit. Near beach and nice walking in safe neighborhoods. Bonus water view as well.

Birthday Weekend

Nice place, nice area, very Quiet and Private, There wasn't any TV in either bedroom so we brought our own other than that it was Amazing. We would definitely stay again

Arrived 1:00 a.m and someone was in our room as lights were on and deadbolt secured. Had to stay in Hotel that night. L/M via email with owner and called property mgr. Got in room next day. It is a nice large upstairs space with no access to waterfront unless you go downstairs and walk around building. No register guestbook, no dishwasher soap, no instructions on what to do when leaving or local suggestions.
1:00 a.m when I arrived. Someone in my room
Garbage piled up outside
This is the car that was in the lot
The couple who may or may not have been in my room and stated they heard nothing

Nice apartment!

We came for the beach and the fishing off the deck. Lots of upgrades going on to the back of the house - it’s going to be a nice space when it is finished. The house was clean and parking was easy. The beach nearby was easy to access. It’s pretty bare bones if you plan to do any cooking during your stay. We had some WiFi issues but the host was responsive and helped us work through it. We’d stay again if we were coming to the area!

The property is generally clean. Has comfortable beds. Overall worth the price. Not a ton of extra amenities. Everything worked in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. No TVs in bedroom - I didn’t mind but my other guest did. There are no extra blankets on site or pillows that I seen. The view is fantastic. AC cold. I couldn’t hook up to the internet with my laptop for some reason. It wasn’t a necessity so I didn’t reach out. The TV has the ability to use Disney and Netflix etc the property close to beaches and John’s pass.

Sister Getaway

Very nice location. The unit could use a few more amenities. Beach towels, better silverware, maybe some wine glasses. Communication with the host was very good and fast if any issue. Needs a more homey feel. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Fabulous location

Lovely clean, quiet condo. It’s missing a few basics - kitchen scissors, beach gear, face cloths… but we made it work and the washer and dryer were ideal. The tv package doesn’t have live tv, so no local news, weather or baseball (or Jeopardy/Golden Girls etc). It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach along the road. Overall we enjoyed our stay - and the sunrise views are amazing.

We asked what type of coffee maker was available in the condo and we brought our own supplies for that coffee maker but when we got there there was a different type so we had to go to the store to get new supplies. Even though the owner had always answered promptly, when we contacted him about the coffee maker. He didn't answer until late the following day and then did nothing. The beds were very hard. A cheap foam topper would have made all the difference in the world. Not all the fans worked. Not all the windows would shut correctly. There were no curtains in the bedrooms. And the love seat was a electric recliner that was broken in the middle and had no cord so didn't work at all.

Great Location

Very clean and accurately described. Appeared to have just recently been remodeled. Very basic kitchen supplies/equipment so don’t plan to do a lot of cooking. Homeowner responded very quickly and delivered a hair dryer and iron (on 2 different occasions) in a very short time. Very quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Stayed 3 weeks.

Great location and size for quiet stay!

This was a good size condo in a great location. Very close and convenient to all beaches and activities, but just enough to be in a quiet location. Condo was very clean. Great view from windows and the area was safe. Perfect for our family of 4! We were overall very happy with our stay. We drove, so we had our own beach towels and chairs with us. We didn't get an automated email for check in/wifi but the host responded immediately. Only two things we noticed: plenty of towels and blankets but no wash cloths and there is no outlet in the large bathroom.

Condo is beautiful it was clean. We had no trash bags so we use our own store bags and there was no information booklet inside the unit so anything I need to know I had to text the property manager Wi-Fi info and other information. It would’ve been nice if there was, a book with information in it like other units I’ve stayed in treasure Island

Bugs and no privacy

Neighborhood was good overall but condo had lots of roaches and ants. No blinds on the doors or any windows except for the bedroom windows. Property managers were very difficult to get ahold of about the issue during our stay. We live treasure island but do not recommend this

Poor communication

The condo was OK, great location. Many outlets were absent or did not work, which was weird but we managed. My main complaint is the host, who never provided check in info and did not respond to our panicky messages for about two hours on arrival. Same slow response to request for WiFi credentials. And no response at all when THE WATER WAS NOT WORKING on our final evening. Fortunately that fixed itself but we never did hear from the host. Yankee game was great though :-)
