The space is designed to be friendly and functional, ideal for meals, discussions or a moment of relaxation by the fire.

Upstairs, the master bedroom seduces you with its antique bathtub, its adjoining shower room and its small private balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee at sunrise or enjoying the peace and quiet.

A second bedroom features two single beds, perfect for accommodating children or guests. They'll also find a few games to keep them entertained on quieter or rainy days.

Outside, you benefit from two balconies with spectacular views of the lake and the mountains, a terrace equipped with a picnic table and a BBQ for your outdoor meals, a fire pit for memorable evenings and a private spa for relaxation.

The slope gently descends to a private dock where you can swim or explore the lake by kayak. Kayaks are available free of charge. Motorized boats are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful environment.
