The Space:
Seaside Retreat is a stunning 3rd floor walk-up, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. With a spacious primary King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom featuring a full-size bed with twin bunks, this condo comfortably accommodates families and small groups of up to 6 people. The queen pullout sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping options for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to enjoy an amazing meal on those days you just want to stay in. We also have am dual coffee maker for our coffee fanatics.
Indulge in a fun-filled game night with the assortment of games available, creating lasting memories with your loved ones. Step out onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the refreshing ocean breeze as you savor the invigorating scent of the saltwater.
Conveniently located near major attractions. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Ripley's Aquarium and the Boardwalk and Sky Wheel are within a 15-minute drive.

The bathrooms were clean! I’m pretty picky about bathrooms being cleaned well, so that’s worth noting. We love staying in this building, and have been doing so for 30 years. The quick beach access is unbeatable imo. The unit we usually get was not available the week we needed so this is first time with this host/unit and it was a good experience. The host was very responsive during our stay with any minor questions or issues.

Nice little vacation
Property was super clean. Plenty of space for our family. The views are amazing. Ocean view, marsh view, and you can see down the shore line and at night it all comes alive. You can see the ferris wheel light display. Over all we enjoyed our vacation very much! Thank you!

Labor Day 2023
Over all we had a great stay. I do think the property manager dropped the ball in getting us details for check in but the owners responded quickly. The condo had everything you needed for a great stay which included nice beach chairs which is a plus for sure! I have stayed in a few of these units I’m not sure why the AC units are the way they are….when trying to enjoy the balcony it is blowing hot air at you which makes it hard to enjoy the patio. I do love how close it it’s to the beach and Annie’s. My only major complaint was that my daughters bed was dirty and had sand all in it….it was obvious that they did not change the sheets as there was a bloody looking stain on one of the pillows. Thanks for a great weekend.

As I mentioned during our phone conversation, I recently experienced two unexpected and deeply personal losses in my family. While this is by no means an excuse for the delay, I hope you can appreciate that this situation is not representative of our usual standards.
We are pleased to hear that, overall, your stay at our property was enjoyable. We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have encountered in relation to the check-in and want to thank you for taking time to provide feedback.
In response to your comment about the air conditioning units, we appreciate your feedback and will look into solutions.
Regarding the issue with your daughter's bed, we conducted a thorough inspection of the condo and all bedding immediately after your departure. Fortunately, we did not discover any stains or issues. Please rest assured that we uphold stringent cleaning protocols, and we take matters of cleanliness very seriously. During your stay, I personally reached out to you on multiple occasions, and no concerns, especially regarding cleanliness, were brought to my attention. Had you mentioned any issues, we would have been more than willing to address them promptly.
