The Space:

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Steam your favorite shows on the smart TV and drift off to sleep in this cozy room with fresh linens.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, and generous storage for a restful retreat after a day in Queen City. Bedroom 3: A double bed and a smart TV — ideal for kids or friends sharing space.



Bathrooms: The ensuite bath has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity, making for an easy morning routine. The hallway bathroom has a relaxing tub/shower combo for a good soak. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries so you can pack light.



Work Ready: We have a dedicated work space and office supplies for you, making this an ideal stay for work or for longer stays. Just bring your laptop!



Backyard: Don’t forget your pup—they’re family too! While the kids and pup play safely in the fenced-in yard, you can fire up the grill for a delicious family meal. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, laughter, and stories under the stars.

• Spectrum Center (6 min drive) – Home of the Charlotte Hornets and also close to lots of fun places to explore before or after your event

Getting Around:

Exploring Charlotte and Uptown Charlotte is simple and stress-free. From your doorstep, you can walk to the AvidXchange Music Factory in under 10 minutes for concerts, comedy, and nightlife. A leisurely 15–25 minute stroll puts you right in the heart of Uptown Charlotte — home to Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, Discovery Place Science, and Romare Bearden Park. Uptown sidewalks are wide, well-lit, and lined with shops, restaurants, and breweries, making it easy to enjoy the city without ever needing a car.



If you prefer to drive, Uptown attractions are only 5–7 minutes away, with plenty of parking decks and street parking available. Major highways like I-77 and I-277 are just around the corner, making it easy to zip into Uptown or out to surrounding neighborhoods like South End, NoDa, or Plaza Midwood for even more dining and entertainment options. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is just a 15–20 minute drive (roughly 8 miles) from our property.

We are a family and pet-friendly property. Amenities available to make your stay stress-free include: Pack ’n Play, children’s cups and plates, extra sheets, barware and board games. We’ve added a few extra touches to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible:

Family-friendly: Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games to pass the time. Extra sheets and blankets are provided.

Pet-friendly: Fenced backyard, food & water bowls, and an extra towel for muddy paws make traveling with pets stress-free

Thoughtful extras: We stock the home with plenty of essentials (paper towels, trash bags, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) so you can pack light and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
