Cozy, Quaint and Sophisticated Loft Style Tiny Home!

Come enjoy serenity and privacy in a quiet neighborhood! Our tiny home is 326 square feet of quaint and sophisticated living space. Its location is central to both sides of Flagstaff, so it's a breeze to find anything you would want. Heading to Snowbowl or the Grand Canyon? Get there easily from our home! Grab a coffee, pizza or some Mexican food on the way! This home is on the side of our main house and is inaccessible from our home. You have your own private entrance as well as a sweet sitting area in front of your entrance. The home features an upstairs loft with a comfortable Queen size bed, and downstairs has a mini couch, that turns into a twin size bed for your convenience .This property is ideal for adults 21 years of age or older. Unfortunately it is not kid friendly, nor pet friendly due to the size and also because of the ladder in the home. The ladder is sturdy and secure, yet very steep. The only access point up to the loft is to climb this ladder, so a lien waiver is required to be signed when this property is booked.

MPORTANT: A lien waiver is required to book the house, and by booking the property, you are automatically agreeing to the terms of the lien waiver.

Owner was very helpful in getting checked in! We did not need anything during our stay but I was confident if we had needed anything they would have been very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great experience

We stayed at this loft-style property in Flagstaff during our trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and it was a great home base for exploring the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.

« Minuscule » certes mais tellement agréable

L’appartement est super bien placé et proche des commerces et commodités. La déco est super sympa et tout était super propre. La chambre à l’étage était top. Par contre s’abstenir si vous êtes sujet au vertige car l’escalier est raide.

Quaint apartment

We had a lovely time here! The pictures are accurate. The stairs are very narrow and steep, similar to a ladder. We kept our belongings downstairs and just brought up what was needed to sleep. The bed was very comfortable, a bit on the soft side. The couch downstairs was a bit firm but we did not sleep on this. Overall very pleased with this place and would stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get around.

Listing made it seem like it was an individual home however it’s connected to someone’s house. Neighborhood was decent. Place was cute and like the pictures shown. Host was responsive and willing to help if needed!

Great Place to Stay

This space was perfect for just me and my partner to get away and enjoy some winter fun in Flagstaff. It’s only about a 5–10 min drive from downtown. The place was cozy and comfortable and very cute! I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute and Clean Little Loft!

Recently stayed here for a weekend to escape the heat down in Phoenix, and was very pleased with the cleanliness, location, and stay in general! The stairs were steep as noted in the property description, so we left the bulk of our belongings downstairs. We did not have any issue with the stairs otherwise. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very quiet, clean and quaint!

We had an awesome stay with Sally! She answered any and all questions in a timely manner which i loved! The place was very clean and super cute! The stairs were a little more steep then i anticipated but it was fine after the first trip up haha. AC worked amazing too which my husband loved. Overall would definitely stay again!

Very cute place

The place wea very clean, neat and well stocked! Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the stay. Bed was comfy and cozy with extra blankets if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Flagstaff stay

Little house was very clean, with good linens, bathtowels and nice shower. Neighbor was very quiet. Location was close to all the places we wanted to see.

We had a pleasant stay in your appartment. The only little thing was the size of the sleeping couch. I can't remember if there is a length on the website. But we were 6,5 and 6,9 feet, so we couldn't use the couch. For us, it wasn't a problem, but maybe interesting for next visitors. Kindly regards

Great Small Home

Clean, comfortable, and airy despite its size. It was well stocked for anyone who wants to do a lot of cooking. The bedroom had plenty of storage and bed was very comfortable. The location was great having a lot of conveniences nearby and being only a few minutes from downtown

Cute and Cozy Stay

Our stay was great. The place is very cute and updated and looks exactly like the pictures. Really appreciated that there were simple things such as a hair dryer, K-cups already stocked, and a fan in the bedroom (we like sleeping with the sound of a fan). There are two small fridges. Perfect for us because we only stayed for 4 nights and only needed to heat up some leftovers which didn’t require much fridge space. There’s a very convenient plaza with grocery store and gas station around the corner. There was construction on the road due to city work. If we hadn’t rented an SUV I’m not sure we’d have been able to park in the driveway. It’s no reflection on the place though as it was city work and probably short term. We did have a private entrance just as it states. The ladder is steep but we were used to it by the second day. We did take our luggage upstairs carefully together, one pulled a suitcase and the other pushed. By the end of our trip most of our things were downstairs from showers & getting ready, so suitcases were easy to bring down and pack up downstairs. I mentioned that as another reviewer said they left theirs downstairs. Our host was great and in full contact with us the entire time. She’s very nice. We honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay. If we have the chance we’ll return.

Hi there! My name is Sally, I am from Flagstaff AZ, and I really enjoy being a Mompreneur! That is the closest description that matches who I am as a serial entrepreneur who loves being a Mom! I enjoy providing a warm, comforting atmosphere where adults enjoy where ever they choose to travel, and then come home for the night and can still feel at home. It can be intimidating traveling to a new place, so I aim to take the edge off that discomfort! I would have loved our place to be kid friendly since I love littles, but to keep everyone safe I cater to grown ups in our Tiny Home!

This neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly ( should you choose to engage them), and the location is central to each side of Flagstaff! You can also easily make your way out of Flagstaff and to the Grand Canyon from our home as well.

Our home is Unique because its a tiny home where you can have all the necessities and anything you could think of as a want, is right at your fingertips also! I mean we have a Safeway grocery store right behind us that has a Starbucks! Also there are a few famous restaurants here! One of those restaurants Guy Fieri (from the food channel) himself ate at and gave a huge rating to, so you will want to try Brandy's Restaurant and Bakery for breakfast! Brandy's is right behind us as well, yet you hear no noise from this shopping center. Talk about having your cake and eating it too!
