Come Stay At the Blue House! Entire Home In The Country With Lots Of Space

The bed configuration issue was due to an outdated third-party listing description, which was corrected immediately, and we offered a brand-new air mattress as a prompt solution. We understand this was not your preferred arrangement. The trash container had been placed at the curb following collection, and the lawn was mowed shortly after your arrival due to scheduled maintenance. The puppies mentioned were temporarily on the property, and we apologize if they caused any inconvenience. Regarding the bathroom drain, the photo shown is of a standard floor drain that functions properly. The drain cover had been removed during your stay, which is why it appears that way in the photo. It was not in that condition prior to your arrival. We also respectfully disagree with the statement that the home was left cleaner than it was found. Our cleaning team documented that furniture had been moved, several areas required additional cleaning, and the property required more than a standard turnover after checkout. The home description accurately reflects that it is a renovated older manufactured home in a rural setting. It does not advertise an oven, and the photos clearly show the kitchen appliances that are provided. We strive to respond promptly to guest concerns and appreciate all feedback that helps us improve.
