Enjoy a beautiful newly remodeled modern home in central San Francisco.
My home features 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths with an open theme kitchen/dining/living space.
There is a large deck, patio, and backyard with a beautiful gazebo, outdoor dining table, patio couches, fire table, and barbecue grill.

Parking for 2 (garage and driveway).

-Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kcup coffee machine, espresso machine, coffee, snacks
-Small door opening to the deck.

- $100 for cleaning fee to use Barbecue Grill
- $40 for any propane tank replacement. However, there might or might not be propane left over from previous guest. Other things to note:
This is a residential neighborhood so please only quiet enjoyment after 10 pm. The host lives onsite in the in-law (basement) and has her own private entrance

The house is located in a quiet residential street.
Walking score of 98. Everything is within walking distance (coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, stores).
Irving Street is just one block North and has some of the most popular restaurants in the city.
One of the few entrances to Golden Gate Park is just 2 blocks North on 9th Ave and Lincoln Way.
SFO airport is only a 20 minute drive away.
There's also a Muni bus stop on the same block, which you can take to downtown, the beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc.
UCSF Parnassus Campus is a few blocks away.

You can park the car in the garage but please enter through the front gate.
I will be living in the in law in the basement. I will have my own separate entrance. I try to give my guests space but will be available via message or cell for assistance.
