The Space
Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a compact in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
Climate Control: Electric heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
Bathroom: Full interior bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.

2. Ranch Setting & Nature: Located on an active farm surrounded by nature. You may encounter seasonal farm insects outside despite our regular professional pest control.
3. Livestock: Ranch animals are on-site spring through fall (off-site during winter).

Great Tiny house

We stayed here July 3-6. Location was good for us as we like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life while on vacation. Enjoyed a festival in Victor on our way in to town and woke up to hot air balloons 5th and 6th. Perfect view of the Tetons from the house. Visited Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons while here and this location is perfect. Space was just right for the 3 of us. Beds were so comfortable and shower was nice pressure and hot.

Wonderful

Beautiful tiny home, it had the amenities needed for a longer stay; perfect for a short stary. What a beautiful view of the Idaho side of the Grand Tetons

Secluded beauty

Overall a super good stay and experience! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was it looked as if the sheets hadn’t been washed after being used by the previous occupants.

Tetonia Stay

There is not one bedroom with a door and privacy. And 2 of the beds have about a 2' x3' opening to get into. Definitely not great for adults. Outside was grown up and not very nice. Overall pretty disappointing

Overall, this property is very beautiful with the view of Grand Tetons and Horses on the ranch. The location of this property is far from Yellowstone national park about 2.5 hours each way! Quiet place to stay at. The house is clean but it could use some improvement with the outside it’s a little too much weeds growing everywhere and tall grass. There is no stove at this house and the washing machine didn’t work. They noticed us that it was broke 1 hour before check in and we called the caretaker Brandi 2 times and left her a message but didn’t get a response back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Also, we can to the place at 4:24pm and they were still cleaning the house we had to wait outside in the hot sun. Check in was 4:00pm. Overall, great house but very lack of communication and letting us know 1 hour before that the washer was broke was very unprofessional since the lady that was cleaning the house said that the washer was broke a while back and parts were getting ordered.

This was a very quaint tiny home in a quiet spot for us to stay while vacationing in the area. We stayed a couple of nights- we rested very comfortably, including my 22-year-old son who slept in the smaller bed. We had the basic supplies needed to prepare and cook our meals. We would definitely stay there again!

The tiny house was clean, functional, and accurately matched the listing. However, our stay was less comfortable than expected due to a few maintenance and amenity issues.The air conditioner was not working, which made the house quite hot during our mid-July stay. There is also no indoor seating area, so we had planned to use the outdoor space. Unfortunately, the grass and weeds around the chairs and picnic table had not been mowed, making it less inviting to sit outside. The weeds were so long they were growing up through the front steps and the picnic table. The front door lock was cantankerous and hard to get unlocked. Every time it took several tries before we gained entry.A working air conditioner, a hair dryer, and a mowed outdoor area would have made our stay much more comfortable.

While summer temperatures can occasionally be warm, many homes in the area are not equipped with AC. We appreciate you bringing the overgrown grass and the front door lock to our attention.
