The spacious 620 sqft studio loft upstairs offers a luxurious full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The cathedral ceiling, adorned with premium pine wood slats, creates a natural and inviting atmosphere. Set the mood with adjustable dimming lights and get ready for an incredible visual experience on the impressive 75" TV screen.

The well-designed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sleek concrete countertops, providing the perfect space for culinary adventures. Whether you're brewing a cup of coffee with the Keurig machine, heating up a quick meal in the microwave, or whipping up a delicious feast with the pots and pans provided, you'll have everything you need to satisfy your cravings.

PLEASE NOTE: PRIVICY WALL BETWEEN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS DOES NOT REACH THE CEILING, allowing air to flow freely from the centrally located Mini Split AC. One bedroom features a versatile turtle bed that easily converts into a queen bed, while the other offers a cozy queen-size bed.
