Located across the street from the beach with breathtaking views, while also being in close proximity to the boardwalk area this home is "shore" to impress with sleeping for up to 14. 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths with a reverse living style floor plan and multiple decks/balconies to enjoy the views & fresh breezes. Open concept with gorgeous new furnishings & finishing touches so all that you need to worry about is unpacking. 3 levels of living space along with the garage level which has an additional game room area. Parking for 6 vehicles, 10 courtesy badges to the beach, bikes & more. Immediately one of the coolest rentals in town... make it yours this Summer!
​​​​​​​Amenities-- Sheets, Pillowcases, Blankets and Bath Towels are provided with rental. Guest must bring own Beach Towels. Keurig coffee maker.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Stayed with 2 families. As others said, it’s clean, updated l,1 block to beach and short walk to boardwalk. One reviewer mentioned issues with front door not unlocking. We also had that issue. You just have to pull on the door while opening because it sticks. Still a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Beautiful house

Loved our stay. House was wonderful - clean, recently updated, and a block from the beach. There really wasn't anything to complain about. Would rent here again.

Family vacation

House was great plenty of space. Nice kitchen needed some things owner very responsive shipped what we needed next day. Location great near boardwalk. Ocean views, beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a rental.

Great family Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this house. It was 1 block away from the beach and boardwalk which was great. We had a few issues with the front door not unlocking but other than that it was great house.

"The Perfect Summer Getaway: Loved Our Stay!"

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic vacation rental, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a home away from home. The layout is spacious and inviting, perfect for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy each other's company. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a warm atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made cooking meals together a fun experience, especially since it was unfortunately a rainy week. The location was ideal—close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this property made our vacation truly memorable. If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay, this is it!
