Lake and Park views!!! Beautiful Crescent Lake home with views of the park and Crescent Lake. Only blocks away from Tampa bay waterfront, amazing restaurants, museums, shopping and minutes from beautiful downtown St. Pete. From the home you can walk to nearly 20 different restaurants. Relax in the backyard and take in the views from the park. A pet friendly property with a fenced yard and a game room with doubleshot basketball and air hockey in the garage. Also a professional putting green in the courtyard. The house is also blocks from one of the hottest pickleball courts in town (don't worry, you can't hear the pickleball!).

This is an amazing alternative to downtown St. Pete hotels. The home is equipped with Viking and Subzero appliances, weber grill, putting green, hot tub and 4 bicycles -- ride and explore the beautiful waterfront and Crescent Lake Park.

Crescent Lake Park is surrounded by beautiful banyan trees, features 52.5 acres of dedicated parkland with walking trails, playground, benches, dog park, sports complex which includes pickle ball courts, baseball, tennis and lots of Green Space to Enjoy!!

The word "Amazing" is a great word for this property. Close proximity to absolutely everything that you could possibly want in a vacation rental. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Great location in St Pete. Right next to the park and within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. Very clean and well appointed. The host was great.

Well appointed house in great area

My wife and I had a great stay. The house is in a terrific location, across the street from Crescent Lake park, very convenient to everything in St Petersberg. It is very well stocked with everything you might need (or want, for that matter). The welcome gift was appreciated!

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked! Location was perfect, especially since we were visiting family nearby. Nice and convenient to park in driveway as parking can be challenging in St. Pete. Loved the view of Crescent Lake Park from the house and daily walks. The treats were appreciated.

Great location, bikes, games

Next to a lovely lake with great variety of birds (including spoonbills!), perfect location with the bicycles, 10 minute cycle to St Pete pier down beautiful back roads or waterfront trail. Nice to have the grill and eat outside, plus lots of fun games inside. Well equipped kitchen, big beds.

Great place and beautiful area

The property was clean and very accommodating. The area is beautiful with a lake front view. The owners left wine and crackers with dip. The hot tub did not get hot but other than that I enjoyed the stay and so did my friends.

Wonderful property

We were seeking a rental while our home was being remodeled. This property was like a home away from home! The location was amazing, having the lake right out the front door was great, loved evening walks and watching the pelicans! The house was as advertised and the owners were very responsive to any needs! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location right next to lake and park, walking distance to restaurants/groceries, etc. The games in the garage were an added bonus. We didn’t get to use the bikes but definitely a perk for next time. Owners were responsive and we appreciated the snacks upon our arrival.

Great Crescent Lake Park House!

Our family of five loved this house. The owners obviously take care of everything really well. It was very clean and had very nice design touches around every corner. Our kids loved the pop-a-shot and air hockey in the garage, as well as the awesome playground directly across the street. It’s close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be out of earshot. We were in town for an event just north of downtown and this house was very conveniently located for us. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful place to stay with thoughtful amenities

The location was perfect. The front of the house and the side courtyard look out into the park and lake across the street. Inside the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the living room/dining room was big enough for all of us to gather and play some of the games that were there. The basketball game and air hockey table were very fun as well. There were plenty of places to walk to, including Three Birds Tavern, Sesh Brewing Company, Outback Steakhouse and Einstein Bagels.

We were in town for a long weekend and wanted the convenience of a place that was near downtown St. Pete. This location checked all of the boxes and more - plenty of room for two couples, comfortable, clean, space to sprawl out, courtyard for drinks and conversation, and a nice neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and more. It’s located near downtown and directly across from Crescent Lake Park. There were plenty of amenities to use while staying here. We loved the putting green, fenced patio area, playroom in the garage, bicycles in the shed, beds were comfy, living area was just the right size with an amazing, smart TV, blazing-fast WiFi. Sub-zero fridge and quaint kitchen with everything most folks will ever need! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. They had a nice welcoming gift basket with wine and cheese - just the little things that make this place one of the best overall values and stays we’ve ever had on VRBO. I could go on and on about how wonderful of a time we had at this home, but the other reviews echo my sentiments as well. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed our time in St. Pete. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you next time!

Nice place in great location near downtown

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The home was mostly as described with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and nice living spaces. It's in a good location, close to downtown St. Pete, and directly across from a Crescent Lake, which has a nice walking/jogging path around it. Note that pictures on the rental listing clearly show a hot tub in the outdoor space, but it is no longer there, replaced by a table and chairs. They should note this in the description and/or update the pictures.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

MY FAMILY HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME! IT WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED WITH SEVERAL GENEROUS TREATS UPON ARRIVAL FROM THE HOST. IT WAS A PERFECT LOCATION FOR WALKABLE/SHORT DRIVE RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, AND ENTERTAINMENT. FOR ME, THE PARK AND LAKE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET WAS THE HIGHLIGHT FOR DAILY WALKS AND NATURE VIEWING. THIS HOME IS A TREASURE!

Perfect Home Base

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect location for EVERYTHING in the area. We were able to visit Downtown only minutes away, including the Pier & Vinoy Park, Sunken Gardens a short walk away, beautiful pond and park literally across the street, even George Steinbrenner Field & St. Pete Beach easily accessible from the house. This house is a SPOTLESS rental with top of the line appliances throughout. The hosts have really thought of every detail, extra linens, towels, spices, garage door opener, sunblock- literally every detail. Plenty of fun games at the house both indoors & out. The hot tub has been storm damaged but with all the other activities around, it wasn't missed. Definitely lookimg forward to another visit to this exceptional property.il

Swimming competition (9yo) at the North Shore Aquatics (ISCA)

It was the perfect house for our small family! This was perfect for my wife, myself, mother-in-law, and our 6-year-old and 9-year-old kids. A short bike ride to the bay area and within walking distance to several nice restaurants, botanical gardens, and a great children’s museum for exploration. They provided a few toys as well. They had the perfect garage/game room for my kids with table tennis, air hockey, and an arcade basketball hoop - the kids enjoyed this. The kitchen had lots of great cooking equipment and was nicely updated with top-end appliances, countertops, a large sink, and a great hooded range. The beds are super comfortable. We appreciated the keyless entry/number pad. My kids loved being able to help press the buttons. The lake, park, and playground right across the street were a bonus.
